I work for Synergy Solutions. We are contracted by BOA to call for them. I sell identity theft protection.

Regarding the NDNC list. If you have an existing relationship with BOA, they can legally call you. Yes, it does take 30 days for the name to be removed but it is because there are numerous lists BOA has and it takes time to be removed from all of them.

We start legally calling at 8 am. That's when we start work and calling.

If you have any complaints, ask to talk to a supervisor.

As for the pauses and delays from us when you answer, it is because the calls are computer generated. They are not hand dialed. We literally have 2 seconds from when the name pops up and when we start talking, so that is the reason some complicated last names are mispronounced. Just an FYI.

Lots of us are doing this because we have families to support and are in areas where the unemployment rate is high. I'm not saying I love my job but I do get to talk to some very nice people.

Oh, and BTW, personally I would take no for an answer immediately but we are listened to and if we don't overcome objections, we get a talking to and can be placed on corrective action.
