This is the exact same thing that happened to me on 9-15-2011.  Today, i found out what company they were and read all of the complaints they have against them.  The are going to have another one against them because as soon as I finish this message to you I will be filing my complaint with the BBB and attorney general of iLLINOIS.  Thanks for all the info on them, and I am sorry for your loss, I lost $30 also that must be their magic number.

I have been waiting since Sept. 15th to recieve my $30 back.  I have had numerous calls to them and they hang up on me a lot.  I wish I knew where they were located so I could pay them a visit in poerson.  lol

I TOO WAS GOTTEN FOR $3O.00 DOLLARS, GOT IT BACK, AND WANTING TO BE REFUNDED FOR THE $150. FOR MY OVERDRAFT FEES AND GETTING THE RUN-A-ROUND!

I received a $30.00 charge from fundingguarantee.com. I called the phone #888-403-4051. I was told I would receive a refund.I did apply for a payday loan however not through this company. This is the 2nd time they have gone into my account the first time was a week ago and they credited me immediately. This charge caused my account to overdraw.

I was able to read about this company on the interet and spoke with a Chad. Do not do business with these people

I am one of those people who also got dooped for $30 from this company I have never heard of either it just some how showed up on my bank acct and it shows they were attempting on several occiasion like 4 attempts of the amounts of $14.90 each time yest something has to be done to get this person from stealing hard earn peoples money.

I too just got hit by this scum.I was stupid enough to begin to apply for a short term loan.As I was reading through T.O.S. and all the fin print I decided against it.I stopped the application process and closed out of the website.But apparently the got my bank info anyhow.I just spoke to my bank and was advised to fill out an ACH Revocation form.After which the bank will investigate this POS and in the mean time they will credit the money back to my account,pending the outcome of the investigation.The ACH Revocation form also keeps this scum from accessing my account again.And 'dd' thanks for the detailed info.Any and all information I can give my bank will surely help.Let's hope we can stop this a** and get people their money back.

"dd" has posted some good info to give to your financial institution.You may also want to go to your bank and fill out an ACH Revocation form.This form takes away any authorization for this company to enter you account and take money.Even though we didn't really authorize this in the first place.It in a sense black lists them from your account.Also the bank will investigate the transaction and if they find fraud will go after the party committing the fraud.
I hope the little bit of info I provided can help someone.Oh and btw I used to work in the banking industry in customer service and I had this happen to me.Proof it can happen to anyone.

My husband also had 30.00 withdrawn from his account, plus an additional 32.00 for an overdraw fee. What a joke! I called them and threatened them and told them if they don't give me my money back I will report them and make sure I get my money back one way or another. After argueing for about 5 minutes the foreign lady finally gave me a conformation code and said that my money would be refunded but I had to practically cuss them out to get a response. As a Christian, I shouldn't have to do that. They said that the money was supposedly taken out for a loan. A real lender would have only taken out a few cents at most to make sure that they have the right account. The reason for even getting a loan is to get money when you really need it, not to have some jerk take your money when you are already struggly financially enough as it is. So they better give me every cent back or I will sue them if possible. All I do know is that God sees everything, and they will get there pay back one day from disrupting the lives of so many people, even if it's not from one of us.

I am wondering also about this I have had a .05 deposit then a .01 withdraw a few days back then another two withdraw the other day to equal back out so they could get their .05 total back then today a 30.00 charge. I had been looking into their services but after getting 5 e-mails trying to get alot more information from me I just forgot about it. I do not have time to be sent 100 e-mails from different companies and play games. Now they are on the phone telling me they can not look up my account and help me and keep putting me on hold. I wondered if the withdraw was before the sent a short term loan but do not believe so now and there should never be a charge for that anyhow. I can not believe these people and I guess after reading here and not seeing it so far has anyone ever got a loan from these people? Thank you

This just happened to me this week. I look at my bank account every Monday morning religiously.  I noticed a .01 debit and then a .03 debit from Pmt Assist.  I've never even heard of them.  I called the bank and asked them to do a dispute on those two items after I looked the phone number up online and saw all of these negative comments.  They did, but when the $30 came through the next day, I shut my account down.  People shouldn't have to put up with this kind of nonsense.  Thank God for my bank which is disputing that item as well.  They never gave me anything. They were just taking.

This happened to me today things are hard for me as is and somebody going to take $30 our my kids mouth they told me 3 to 5 days I soon have the money back but reading you guys stories I'm calling my bank in the am

Don't give out your bank info for ANY online payday 's or loans - use a known bank or credit union!!

I applied for a loan online and they made it so difficult that I had said forget it. I had already given my info on my bank for the loan that I thought I was going to get. I canceled it and the man I spoke to said to me "No worries". I just checked my account and I am now over drawn. I thaught to myself this could not be true so I called the number to see who it was and it said to leave a message. I then looked online and found this site. I can't even find my wallet, it is somewhere in my house so I know it wasn't me or my husband who charged the card. Is the only way to stop this is to close the account and open a new one? If so, I will be doing so tomorrow.. Good luck to you all
Oh and they went onto my checking account with the same number and different account numbers. And when they call me there is nothing that is said only music. Go figure

No phone calls from this number, but they hit my checking account with a charge for $0.01 and a deposit of $0.05. I have had a lot of unknown number calls & hang ups recently. My bank is placing a stop payment order and blocking the vendor from accessing my account. I also looked into a payday loan online, but I do not remember ever putting my checkcard or checking account number into the app anywhere & did not complete the process.

I received an e-mail after I called and talked to three different people. I demanded my 30.00 back and I'll be damned if they keep it. The e-mail stated they would put the money back in my account in three to seven days. I threatened the BBC. Maybe you should try that too.
