- Halen| 11 repliesI worte them, I called my bank and there going to do a fraud invesgation, I worte the ATT GEN in the state of texas about these people, LETS hope it all gets our money back
- PAUL replies to PA CustomerI did NOT sign up at that website. I put my information into ANOTHER payday loan site to see IF I was qualified. The second I hit enter, my phone received 30+ phone calls in one day from many different vendors trying to sell me a loan (not exaggerating.)
I NEVER signed up for any of the loans. A few days later this $30 charge was taken from my bank by this company. I did NOT sign up with them, never agreed to any fees at the other website (I read ALL the fine print- they never told me they were selling my info to those other companies either)
The bank reversed the charges and AGREED it was a FRAUDULENT charge. The fraud rep even told me theyhave seen this company before and every charge by them on customer's accounts has been reversed when brought up. Because of this my claim was actually expedited.
You must work for this company, and if so your company will soon be facing legal action by many of the banks as well- the rep informed me her supervisors are working on a solution due to the sheer volume of claims on them. - Paul replies to MickoJust contact your bank and do a fraud claim. They should reverse any charges AND overdraft fees. The only downside is it can take them up to 10 days, but usually just around ~5 or so days. It's VERY inconvenient, but at least fixable.
- PaulMake sure that if you do a fraud claim on this company that you ALSO do a STOP PAYMENT on their ACH debit account. That will prevent them from charging you any additional times.

- Paul replies to jenniferWhat bank? I've never had a bank or credit card company tell me that in regard to a fraudulent charge. Did you wait months before disputing the charge?
- MandyI applied for a payday loan a week ago and yesterday they took $30 from my account. I didnt even get a loan I declined everything. I always read the fine print in all payday loans and never once did it say anything about PMT assistance or removing $30 from my account. I will be contacting my bank along with my attorney and we will see who has the last laugh..

- Investigator| 2 repliesI'm a Federal investigator, and yes this is a scam, but they have the small print (which makes they efforts legal), and they get a percentage for transferring your information to a 3rd party. The 3rd Party implements a membership for locator services. The Corporate office phone number is: 1-866-315-8544. It will take 20 days for them to refund the money back into your account ($30) however by the time the refund has posted they will have hit your account again for another $30, in which you will have to go through the process again. If you are trying to locate emergency funds, read the terms and conditions first & the policy. DEAL WITH a Direct LENDER ONLY!!!!, The phone number listed above is valid until they change it. the Valid e-mail is: support@fundingguarantee.com.... but let me inform you, if they have your information, it is likely that it is still traveling around the network, and auto loans, grants, ext will start to call and e-mail. The best thing you can do is contact your bank, file a dispute, then close or change your account ASAP

- And the music was terrible!Same here. I applied for a payday loan online because I'm unfathomably stupid but desperate. And now I get scammed by the "American Law Associates" con men from Pakistan who call and threaten to sue you and have you thrown in jail unless you pay off on a loan you never received, and now these wing nuts just access my account and steal $30!
Note to self: develop a brain! - Virtuous PatienceI lasted through the endless music (about 18 minutes) when somebody popped on. Wanted enough information to access my "account." I gave them a phone number (reluctantly) and my name (heck, they already had my bank account information!). The young lady told me that the $30 was a membership fee for a loan protection plan that I had signed up for when I got an online payday loan. I told her that I didn't want it, I didn't sign up for it and was promised that I would never be charged again and that my account would be reimbursed the $30 fee within 7-10 business days.
And then pigs will fly, unicorns will graze in my backyard, and flying lizards will spell out my name in the clouds! - vtw replies to BAsomething happened to me last week. The bank says it takes up to 10 days to get my money back
- NicksHappened to me today i told them to make sure and put back my money or my lawyer will contact them, the person said the refund will be on my account in 20days i got heated and told him if my money is not back on my a/c by the end of the day my lawyer will contact them and they will be giving me much more than the $30 they took out, he placed me on hold and then put me on to his supervisor, i am reporting them to the internet crime complaint center
- HeatherI was trying to get a payday loan, my husband and I are both unemployed. We didn't get the loan and got charged $30.00 from this company- Payment Assistance, 9190 Double Diamond Parkway, Reno Nevada, 89521. This Company is Freudulant and I will be going to the BBB and I will find out who is the CEO and will post his or her name for everyone to see. I looked up this address and found an Atttorneys name instead of the company.

- DanSame thing just happened to my mother. Got a run around so I kept calling and then asked for a supervisor. They say the same thing. So I went to the website and looked at it. Under Terms at the bottom click and it shows the $30.00 fee. Everybody needs to report them to the Better Business Bureau. Please people read the fine print on everything......
