This company also took money out of my account, they stated that it was for some membership that I had signed up for, which I denied. I was  promised I would be "unenrolled" and  refunded the membership fee in 7-10 days. I have contacted by bank and they will keep an eye for any future suspicious ACH withdrawls, as will I. Fortunately I did not incur any additional fees resulting from any dishonored items but had it been a different week I surely could have! We will see if my forthcoming refund is received, if not I will again pursue recovery through my bank and this was certainly an unauthorized withdrawl

I just got of the phone with the butt holes. They told me there name was Quanlity Customer I searched and there is know such company. On the check that they sent though on my bank account for $30.00 has Payment Assistance. The jerk on the phone said that I authorized them to take money out of my account for insurance protection on a payday loan. I asked which company and he said he couldn't give that information. I'm sick of theses jerks my advise don't ever apply for payday loans on line because jerks like these get your information and steal money from you because they are a bunch of a**holes.

Same thing happened to me.  I contacted my bank and placed a fraudulent check claim.  I did some more digging and found that when you apply for a payday loan/advance on line, these jokers are partnered with some of them, and "sign you up" automatically, WITHOUT your knowledge.

Now I'm looking at having to freeze my current bank account, (for ACH and all electronic withdrawals, INCLUDING debit card action) and open a new one.  This will create all manner of headaches for me in the mean time.

Same thing happened to me today.  It's showing as a pending transaction.  Will I need to wait for it to post before my bank will refund it?

As anyone been debited this fee more than once?  I'm curious if they will continue to do this since they have your bank info.

This same thing happened to me.  I just returned from the bank after I spoke to the manager about this.  I agree:  never apply for a loan through direct lender network.  Your e- mail account will also be flooded with spam.  It took me a week to "unsubscribe" to every email they sent me. Even then I still receive emails from these people.

They got us too...I got up this morning and checked the bank.  It showed up on our account as a debit with this number and pymtasst for $30.  When I called the number I first asked what company it was because I had not yet looked anything up online.  They said they provide support for many different companies.  I told them about the $30 charge; he asked for my number!  Then he proceeded to tell me that my husband must've signed a contract for a payday loan.  He says they take the money as a "good will" payment and after 60 days they will give us money that we wouldn't have to pay back...YEAH RIGHT!!!  Bull!  Do they think we're all stupid...and just gonna let $30 go without our permission?!?!  They also told me they would refund the money in 10 - 20 business days.  But, when my hubby gets off work I am definately going to have him go to the bank and report them as fraud...THIS IS A HUGE SCAM!!!  Do I honestly believe that they will refund the $30???  NO!!!  I moved what is left of our money to our other account just to be safe while we sort all this out.  LESSON LEARNED....NEVER NEVER sign up for a loan online!!!

Just had the same thing happen to me.  Was told it was a payday loan, and it was on the application in the fine print.  I told them that I never even completely filled out the application as my internet connection cut me off and they still took the money!  They said that the money would be refunded in 10-20 business days.

Do they infact refund your $$?

This is a scam company! They took $30 out of my account as well. I applied for a payday loan but NEVER got one so I have no idea why they felt the need to take $30.00 from me. This is pure [***]! I am on the phone with my bank right now. They are going to reverse everything. THANK GOD!

Wow, I just signed up for this service at https://paymentassistance101.com. It was very clear how much this cost me, no hidden fees that I can see (yet). I have been to three different sites now, all saying this is a scam. I was worried at first for giving out my bank info online, so I started this research. How can so many people not know how much this service costs? How can you not know what it is for? It appears everyone is complaining about the cost, but no one is mentioning if the service is a scam. If anyone has any experience with the service aspect of this business please post.
