Interesting.  I was reviewing my bank account this morning and noticed a check in that same amount debited against it.  I contacted my bank and closed my checking account.  The check had my name on it, but with a different address.  The payee was also Live Gardenas 2840 Hwy 95, Silver Springs, NV 89429 / Customer Service no. 877-667-7480.  This number is a voice mailbox only.  The check was endorsed to account number 1459264086 at Bank of America.
