I thought it was fishy that they would call me instead of email and without referencing which borrowing company, but I almost fell for it because there recently have been changes to my loans due to going back to school/deferment. When I tried to call the number back, I got a dial tone. I hope "Jessica" calls back today...

So I call the number from my "government entity" phone and sure enough, "Oh we're sorry we will remove you from our list". Then I start questioning where their based out of, director's name and I have a traceable phone line next thing you know I'm put on a 10 minute hold..SCAM don't call it back!!!

Same name, reference number, and phone number to call back. Crazy that people can be low enough to want to scam people who are already in debt to their school. DO NOT BE FOOLED!
