Same. Jessica Smith. Same reference number.

Same callback number, same reference number... Call originated in Texas - 830-751-9032... I have never had any student loans so I knew this was a crock...

I received a voicemail from Jessica with reference number 099902. Thought it was odd to receive a call and no email, so I Googled the number first. Thankfully I found this page!!

Jessica Smith has been really busy this week. I, too, got the same exact ref # from her, but the caller ID said she was calling from California (707-306-2273), call back #866-304-9669

Woman called from (580) 271-9249 number and left voicemail stating her name was Jessica Smith and she needed to discuss changes to my student loan.  Told me to call the number: (866) 304-9669 with a reference number. She never used my name, nor the company my actual student loan is with - clearly a scam.

I got the same call from Jessica Smith.   When I call the number it doesn't seem to work today.  It doesn't even ring.

She game me the same reference number too.

Exact same call as everyone else.  Call came from 716-780-1088 Angola NY.  Call came in on April 18, 2019 at 1:08pm ET.  Total scam.

Same message, same phone numbers and same reference number - scam!
