They have called me and I opted out but still getting phone calls.

This number calls all the time.  I am sick to death and have asked them to stop calling me.  To no avail, they don't listen

called today at 1:42 hung up when I answered

I think they call daily around noon. usually when they call if no one answers no message is left. if someone answers it's either silent or they ask for someone who doesn't live here. or like many times someone who is not available (I guess they think homeowners don't have jobs and therefore can sit home at noon and listen to telemarketers). I really wish when they called they'd speak so I can tell them to **** off

Rec'd another call yesterday March 3, 2009 1:38 PM MST from ph# 866-315-7101.  After the first 6 times they call, I contacted Bank of America and had them take my number of of Ms Booker's account.  Then had them opt me out of special offers on my own account, and I had already told them not to call me again, plus I had already made it clear that I wasn't interested in insurance.  So why they called again is beyond me.

What I do know is that since I spoke to them on February 4th and they told me it would take 30 days for my number to be taken off their list, it will be covered under the DNC if they call me after March 6th, 2009.  And you'd better believe if they do call after that date I will be reporting it.

This call comes in three or four times a day

this person calls and hangs up constantly without saying a word it is annoying who really has this much time to play on a strangers phone i dont know trhis person, or why this person would keep calling

I contacted Bank of America again.  I was told that though the people at this company said it would take 30 days to opt out, that it would really take up to 12 weeks.  Though a rep previously told me that she would take my phone number off of the other person's account, that that really cannot be done because they need to talk to that person directly.  Also I gave them all three of the numbers that I've rec'd calls from and was told that none of them can be found in their systems and that this is most likely a scam that is not affiliated with Bank of America.

I contacted Bank of America again and got someone more copitent on the line.  I was once again told that this is a scam and was told to report the calls to the FTC: 877-382-4357, which I did, then the rep at the FTC told me to also call the Better Business Bureau.  The number for the BBB depends on what state you're in, but if you're in or around Phoenix, AZ you should call 602-264-1721.

DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE INFORMATION AND REPORT EVERY SINGLE ONE OF THESE CALLS TO THE DNC, THE FTC, and THE BBB! THIS IS A SCAM!

They called again this morning March 10, 2009 and I didn't log the time that they called.

I had it out with them and called Bank of America 3-way and was told that they couldn't say for sure if they were a scam.  They said they were from Global Contacting Company.

At any rate I advsd them and Bank of America that scam or no scam, I've continuously told them not to call me and they do any way and let them know that I'm on the DNC and they shouldn't have called me in the first place.

I was told that this would be brought to the attention of their supervisors and that my number would be removed once and for all.  We'll see.

now that i know who it is, i don't have to call them back.   i use comcast digital voice so i can put them on my call screen list.

Continually receive these calls even after asking to remove me from the list.  This is so frustrating, as my phone number is unlisted.

They call me every day - on the hour. It is so aggravating as I have told them not to call as well. I am going to ask my bank manager to have us removed. Hope that he has more pull with getting my number off their list

call everyday and will not leave a missage.  I know they have to make a living to but several calls a day do not help

this company keeps calling everyday like 10 times a day.

We are on the do not call list.  They should not be calling our number.
