I get so many calls from them, too.  So annoying.  I'm also on the do not call list.  I just physically (cannot use call return) dialed the number and pressed "1" and then they (Bank of America) offered me a chance to be put on their do not call list - said would take up to 30 days.  I jumped at that chance and hope it works!  Hope you can do that too.

Calls 3 to 4 times and day.  I told them not to call anymore - tired to fack bad connection - sick of them calling - want it to stop.

Tired of these idiots calling twice a day every day for the last month, also receiving calls from (914)290-6339 and read numerous complaints from others who are also being harassed. (866)315-7101 automated system states it is Bank of America and (914)290-6339 states it is the March of Dimes.

They have called me three times a day for the past two weeks!  I don't even bank with Bank of America to begin with!

Frequently call me $... indicate only that it's a "Toll Free Call"  ... if they don't even indicate who is calling a person would be a fool to enroll or contribute or accept or sign up for anything they are offering ... I refuse to answer.

You can report them to the FCC not sure it helps or hot I've been getting these stupid calls for months.  I am asking my legislators to make telemarketing, ALL of it no exception, illegal.  It is harassment which is illegal. What happend to the do not call list? I've been on that for years.  Is there anyway we can sue? or file a criminal complaint for harassing communitcations.

for being out spoken.   They don't talk, just hang up, maybe check to see it we are home.

For anyone recieving these calls the company that is calling is a 3rd party caller calling on behalf of Bank of America.

The company name is Global Contact Services.

They are very annoying.  If you report these calls to the FCC or the DNC make sure to include this information.

If you want to double check and confirm this you can call the company back and ask them the name they will give that info.

I get calls from this number several times a day.  I never answer them because they show up as "Not Provided" on the called ID.  They still call every day from morning through evening.

I have also gotten several calls from this and some of the other numbers listed as Bank of America.  I wonder how my local BofA would like me calling them over and over again and hanging up or trying to sell them something...  I think the next time I get a call I will call them and let them know that every time I have a call, missed or received, I will be calling them just to harass them back!

CALLS EVERYDAY SOO ANNOYING!! NEVER LEAVES A MESSAGE

I have been receiving calls from this number twice a day 6 days a week for over 3 months. My wife was home sick today and trying to sleep and again got 2 calls within 3 hours, I finally had it and called 800-732-9194 which is the ph # listed on the back of my card. I explained the situation and was told that my number would be taken off their telemarketing list. Like many of you who had already posted on here, I was told that they did not think it was BOA making the calls and to contact their fraud unit if the calls continue. So if that is the case why would they have to take my # off their list? We will see what happens from this point.

They've called me multiple times a day for MONTHS.  The first call I asked to be taken off their list, I've filed complaints everytime they call with the do not call list.  I've even call blocked their number and they still get through.  You'd think after MONTHS of calling a number that no longer answers they'd move on.  F*ck I hate these b*stards.

These B of A guys call several times a day every day. I wouldn't care if they were GIVING away their stupid insurance--I wouldn't trust any company that resorts to such sleazy tactics. Reporting them seems to have done nothing, so far. I'm thinking we'll eventually have to change phone numbers to get rid of them.
