This people call me at least 5 times aday,im so fed up i could scream,i have told them stoppppppppp calling me,but no luck.

Received call from 866-318-6742.  Message states "This is Richard Silver, please call 866-318-6742".  That's all the information I have.

I have just moved and put in a new phone. The first day of service is when these calls started and it is getting annoying.  No information of what the call is about or who they are calling about.  I want it stopped now.  Could you please do so in a timelly manner.  My home phone number is

This # calls my house ALL the time and fills up my voicemail. All the messages say that it's Richard Silver. The only people that have our # are my son's school and a few family members. It's so annoying!

Doesn't give any other info.  If the person above hadn't posted, I'd have NO CLUE what company this was.

I'm more likely to return a call to someone that doesn't sound like a spam bot... pre-recorded messages and a total lack of information when requesting that I return a phone call doesn't make me feel any need to return a phone call.  You ever heard of solicitors?  What's to make me think a random phone call with no identifying information isn't from a solicitor?  Why would I call a solicitor back?  Provide more information, maybe you'll get more return phone calls... company name, reference number, a real person leaving the message, maybe a real person's name and even an extension number... a reason to make me think I might have a real person to return a call to... I'm in no hurry to talk to a robot.

This # calls me 2 to 3 times a day , when a message is left its a Richard Silver dont know who he is or what he wants leaves no information and it is very annoying!!!!

I don't think this site is meant to get the calls reported or stopped. Did anyone post here get their calls stopped?

I receivie calls from this number also, several times a day ,, looking for 'Someone"...... not me ..
I called the number back  on another phone, a Chris Burgel (sp)   answered , I hung up...I don't  know anyone or a business practice that would harrass me like this . I think they are linked to Capital One Credit Card Services / Alliance One .... Maybe????
What on earth do they need to continuously harrass someone's phone when they never get a reply is beyond me. Like someone  said they fill my voice mail up, like I have  spare time for that too. .So now I answer the phone and hang up before they are able.. I do not have time to keep erasing my VOX ,I have a very sick Mother and I need my cell phone for IMPORTANT matters, not this.
I am so fedup with these types of calls. It doesn't do any good to put your number on the DO NOT CAALL LIST either ,, what a joke that is ..

Called me two times today called back and ask them to stop calling me.

I sent an email today and also go to the link  http://www.fcc.gov/cgb/donotcall/ and report them.  This has been going on over a month and it is the most irritating call, plus they put a person on hold and then you can wait.  They have actually disconnected me twice - when I verified my phone number with the operater at this place two times she stated I am NOT on their list, but they keep calling.  They also asked for my social security #, my name, address, etc.  I told them they called me and I wasn't giving them information unless they could tell me why THEY called.  I am not on their list - what would happen if I gave them information?

This company keeps calling me about my "Wal-mart account."  I don't have a Wal-mart account nor do I shop at Wal-mart.  I am sick and tired of being harrassed by creditors looking for someone who has my same first and last name. They can't find the debtor, so they go to the phone book and find someone else with the same first and last name.

BEWARE.  RICHARD SILVER OF LEADING EDGE RECOVERY SOLUTIONS IS A SEXUAL PREDATOR.  HE'S TRYING TO RAISE MONEY TO PAY OFF THE PARENTS OF THE YOUNG BOY HE MOLESTED.  DON'T ANSWER THESE CALLS.

These people keep calling me. When I answer the phone they just hanag up on me and when they leave a vioce mail, the person Identifies him or herself by first and last name. They do not identify the company they are calling for or any information about works for a collection agency.  Is this a violation of the FAIR DEBT COLLECTION PRACTICES ACTspecifically the following sections:

§ 806. Harassment or abuse
(6) Except as provided in section 804, the placement of telephone calls without meaningful disclosure of the caller’s identity.  Any debt collector communicating with any person other than the consumer.

§ 807. False or misleading representations
(11) The failure to disclose in the initial written communication with the consumer and, in addition, if the initial communication with the consumer is oral, in that initial oral communication, that the debt collector is attempting to collect a debt and that any information obtained will be used for that purpose, and the failure to disclose in subsequent communications that the communication is from a debt collector, except that this paragraph shall not apply to a formal pleading made in connection with a legal action
