1. ask the caller a series of unrelated questions like what's the weather like where you are and do you like my hair cut and did you shower today
or
2. here comes the guard to take me back to my cell. I can't talk now. Call me later because I'm getting out next week and I'd like to be friends with you because you sound cute. That'll scare the crap out out of the caller. I've tried it.
or
3. ask the caller if he/she would like to have sex with you
or
4. ask the caller for the last time he/she had sex

Richard Silver sucks at life and I wish he would stop calling me daily.

They have been calling me for three weeks and I tell them every time that the person they are looking for no longer has this phone number (since 2009).  They are very rude - they are criminals as they are violating SEC and FTC guidelines.

I have received phones calls from this number for a week. The messagre said it was a Richard Silva and to call back.   I called them back and they wanted my phone number.  I did not give it to them..

I keep getting calls from this number daily, the man used to say to call Hank Samon, yesterday the man said to call Richard Silver, sounds like the same person.  The called id says LERS

I also keep getting a call everyday and even on weekends. I have vonage and I just let it go to my voicemail box. I was wanting to know what can we do by law of stopping MR. Silver from calling? I do not know him or I do not have any dealings with him. I just do not answer the phone. When someone gets and Idea on how to stop this person from calling me and to press charges for harresment please let me know.

I also got a phone call from this Richard Silver. I've gotten around 4 voice mails and I want him to stop calling!

Twice I have gotten a message on my answering machine to call Richard Silver.  I do not know who this is, and I do not appreciate getting "robocalls" from unknown persons.  My phone number is [removed], and I demand to be taken off of your calling list.

Have no Idea who this may be , because when the woman left the message ,she had a very Poor command of the English Language and I could not understand who I was to call back.  Tired of scam companies expecting U.S. to return calls to people in whom we cannot even understand .'nuff said.
