- B-Edwards replies to Consumer| 5 repliesReality Check: The outfit under discussion was NOT a lender. The are a collector. They are probably a debt buyer. They risk nothing.
AJ Frank only is able to whine about "thousands of dollars a month on postage." From the tone of the posts made in reply, most posters are unmoved by AJ Frank's crippling expense. - Consumer replies to B-Edwards| 2 repliesJust so you know: Old debt ends up here. Old debt means that the ORIGINAL LENDER let this go a very long time ago. Get a freakin' clue...

- JustinCase replies to ConsumerWhat was said that would possibly deceive? His posts are usually informative and accurate.
- BigA replies to ConsumerI'm not sure what there is in my post that would be trying to "fool" anyone, and as I see it, the only people that would be upset over that post would be people that work for this criminal enterprise.

- B-Edwards replies to Consumer| 1 replyYou reacted and did not read or comprehend what I wrote - I guess you want to make a point and needed someone's post to tee off from. Kinda makes you a shroll.
My point is simple: The company under discussion is NOT a lender. They might be a contracted debt collection company but the facts lead me to believe this is a debt buyer.
Since we are talking about a debt buyer, AJ Frank's asking for sympathy for postage costs or other business costs goes right down the drain. That holds true for a debt collector as well.
Neither a commissioned legit debt collector or a low-life debt buyer is exposed to the risk of making the original loan. They did not lend money.
When you wrote "Old debt ends up here", I assume you mean that old debts end up in either collections or with a debt buyer. Yup, that sounds about right. But risk did not transfer. - Consumer replies to B-EdwardsRight...I'm not seeing mine or my housemates' posts...big surprise. This is the deal: AJ Frank lied about who (s)he was on the phone by spoofing a phone number that belonged to an attorney who, as I was told, wanted nothing to do with GRC. End of story. You can scrabble this any way you like for however long you want. But, GRC hires douches who think that someone like me won't come along and spoil the party. AJFrank is sorry that Peven got back to GRC and made some noise. THIS is the problem. If you don't agree, I have only two things to say: YOU are AJ Frank or some associate of this bottom feeder, or, you are a shareholder in GRC and don't want the board to pull the plug out because the denizens are behaving in a manner that will cause you to lose money.
Consumer out. I've said all that needs to be said. And, btw, Greg and a few others here all use this phone number. We've got it. Say 'good night, son.' It's done. - ConsumerPeople, you can see here how desperate these bottom feeders are. They get called out by myself and two of my housemates and then, wammo presto, AJFrank shows up. The problem is that they are failing to address the problem: They lie. They have to lie, pretend to be someone that they aren't, to feel as though they have a right to harass you. If you do, in fact, owe money, talk to a REAL lawyer. Don't waste your time talking to an 'assignee.' If you can't get the original lender to talk to you, get an attorney to do this for you. Don't rely upon the AJ Franks of the world - they are only in this business to plump up their pocket books. And, given how intransigent some of these folks are, you won't even get the grace of a 'thank you.' Don't do it. Don't deal with them.

- Consumer| 1 replyJust so you know, NOT seeing how I react to what I see does nothing to expose the posers. If you trying to scare someone into paying something, 1 - you are trying too hard and as such, have no stable ground to stand on and 2 - you're trying is probably breaking a few laws.
Pretending to be a lawyer (as in 'Officer of the Court') is a slightly bigger deal than you seem to think. Hang in there and watch. - So Says replies to Consumerone of the scammers.
- c55Called my parents home asked for my mother by a name she isn't known by. Then wanted a person we didn't know. It alarms older people. The caller id says 607-821-4434. He said to call 866-333-9772. Name was inaudible.

- Consumer| 2 repliesYes, well, deleting that won't keep someone (not necessarily me since I'm not the only one with a bone to pick) from doing exactly what I did. Deleting a message only leaves the window open for someone else to do exactly what I did. Congratulations. You've made good and sure that GRC will get called out everytime someone like me finds themselves in the position I was in! You are all such geniuses!

Ahh, now this whole thread is starting to make sense to me on why you have been coming back year after year. Just to rant some useless anger of a criminal organization. You either got burned real bad by them or your an ex-employee who got canned, as nobody spends this much time posting in the same thread. For all those years wasted bitching about them here, you could have done research and posted useful information for people to do something about them.Quote:with a bone to pick
Instead your just being a "career troll" posting arguments with people who expose shills like AJ Frank.
That is the point of exposing shills and all you have done here is argue with those who do just that.Quote:Congratulations. You've made good and sure that GRC will get called out everytime........
Yeah, look what you've accomplished here with all your useless "hot air" that is worthless to anyone......genius!Quote:You are all such geniuses! - BigA replies to MikeHuntletonThis is a troll that usually hangs out at ComplaintWire that likes to rant and rave. No use arguing with it, as it will only take your words, twist them around to fit its convoluted logic, and then attack you.
- Similar to me. replies to why?| 1 replyThey also called me today and left a message for me, but "in regards to my mom." I haven't called them back though bc even though they said on the message the name of the company that was calling, I couldn't understand what the lady actually said. This is after listening to the message like 4 or 5 times. Also, it's unlike my mother to give out my phone number and name without letting me know first, so I thought it was weird that they called and knew my name and number, but want info on my mom?!?!? Why wouldn't they just contact her directly? Seems sketchy to me. . .
