Fake Company trying to sell a 3 bedroom home in Broward County Florida by having someone assume the mortgage of $910 monthly. When question about the matter they just hangup on you. Subjects are posting these adds on Craiglist. "Scam" witten all over it.

The owner, Mike Davenport (check out his facebook page) is a failed punk rocker who lives on a sprawling ranch in Santa Barbara, CA., one of the wealthiest and upscale cities in the world.   He runs a drug den/telemarketing company on 433 Milpas St., Santa Barbara. Undercover police were frequently scoping the locale.

B. Gopi is the multi-millionaire Indian who owns LOTUS Interworks in Santa Monica, CA. He and Mike initially teamed up but eventually got greedy and screwed each other. After extended litigation, they settled. BOTH are still running SCAMS that have changed company names over and over again -- every time the Attorney General brings in the hounds.

The BBB has given these scammers an "F".  They say:
"Complaints generally contain allegations of dissatisfaction with the product/service. Complainants often claim that they were told that for $199.00, they could access a list of home in foreclosure or pre-foreclosure and they could possibly take over the payments on these homes and move in for little or no money down. When complainants find out that this type of purchase does not happen and ask for a refund, they are told that they have to wait for 90 days before they can obtain a refund and even then they have to provide copies of five 'rejection' letters. The company generally does not respond to any complaints from the BBB....
This company's advertising states that they are located at 35 West Main St., Suite B #106 in Ventura, California. This location is actually a private mail box drop store. The bureau has information that indicates that the company is actually located at 401 N. Milpas Street, Suite E in Santa Barbara, 93101.
The BBB believes that one of the principals of this company, Susan Quinn was also a principal of a company by the name of Anchor House Financial in Santa Barbara. The BBB has a seperate report available on that company."

This is definitely a scam.  Google "Robert Eringer" - he did an expose on this outfit, American Standard Online, aka Your American Standards Online.

Agreed.  A buyer or renter should NEVER need to pay for property listings.  They are usually paid for by the owner or landlord.

They have many toll-free numbers so the only way to identify them is by the $199 pitch for a home of your own!

They avoid chargebacks to your credit cards by sending out a useless packet which the consumer must sign for. Once the signature is obtained, your hard-earned money is gone!

They also state that you can get your money back by forwarding 5 rejection letters from homeowners.
Fact is, the homes either don't exist or are not even in pre-foreclosure.

His millionaire partner at LOTUS Interworks of Santa Monica is also part of this SCAM and they sell "private listings" for fake rentals which they ripoff of from craigslist.

How pathologically psychotic and pathetic can these people be? Prison until Dante's Inferno maybe?
