Do not listen to these guys. They have been calling places of business claiming to be from Chase Bank and wanting account numbers.

These guys are total IDIOTS!!! They are harassing people for no reason and are violating everyone’s privacy...Debts have been reconciled and they have no business contacting you after the debt has been resolved...I finally told them off and they were shocked to hear that the debt was settled...

If you are so interested in assisting and helping them settle the debt then why don't you get off peoples backs once the debt is settled!!!  You are bunch of stupid leach suckers!!! GET A REAL JOB!!

1. This is a nonsense company. A legit company would not employed the morons that work there. A legit company would call with the following information:
1. Representative name
2. The company they represent
3. What is the debt.  They need to send the information with the following:
a) Original debt
b) Interest
c) Penalties

Then request that the information is send to you certified and all correspondence back certified.

If they call you repeatedly, have your carrier foward the number of calls and send to your goverment agency.

Also, you can block the calls with free apps (Mr. Number - for cell phone) and contact your local carrier that you are being harrassed and want to make a complaint.  They are not allowed to contact neighbors and there are rules when contacting your employee.
There are many lawyers who will sue them for damages.  Type in debt services harrassement and laywers.

I have been receiving these unwanted calls from this same number and they are foreign and also seem suspicious. They tell me they are from Chase Bank. I had a run in with them today after they called for the 3rd time and I asked all sorts of questions from the "supervisor" who just insisted he was from Chase. They did not believe who I was although they had just called and I called them back. I told them to never call me again that I knew they were illegitimate and the guy kept saying he could not verify who I was without my acount information and so he could not take me off the calling list. Incidently my caller ID does not identify that this number is from Chase Bank but when Chase DID call today it showed up on my caller ID as Chase and I spoke to a man who was clearly from Chase. So who these people are I do not know. I went online, found this blog and also posted a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission.

Adding to my above post: I also called my phone carrier and was able to get a block on their number.
Yeah--- Comcast came through !

They called our place of business at 8:06 in the morning but did not leave a message.

Called our office yet again at 8:13 PM and 8:50 PM -- left no voicemail. Time to blacklist them.

They ARE Chase Bank, you bafoon! It's an operating unit OF Chase Bank. I got a call from them because the auto debit feature on my account dropped off and has taken an extra cycle to kick in again. Yes, their phone system is very frustrating and it calls and hangs up many times.. but it's Chase and it's not a "scam" and it's not "not legit"...

They never asked for account numbers, again you bafoon. They did, however, have every one of ours, and even transferred me to my own branch - because they knew that. Seriously, it's amazing how people like you can function in this world.

They have called many time during the last week and when I returned the call they said they were from Chase Bank and wanted my account number, which I did not give.  This is a scam.  Be careful

This are harassing people from India seeking credit card and bank account numbers. Do not give them the time of day. Better yet, report these scammers to authorities.

Please do us all a favor and let us know who you are trying to collect for. Otherwise most people have a tendency to ignore your phone calls.

I receievd a call several months ago about a bill from 2 years ago. I owed $115 but never receieved a bill from the store despite several phones calls from me to ask for my billing.  I told them to send me something I could show to my lawyer, I never received anything. They wanted me to pay $326.  
Today I received a call from someone claiming to be in Elkgrove again asking for the $326.  I again told them to send me something, she insisted I send her the $115 I originally owed first, insisting that I give her my credit/debit card number. She asked how oftern I get paid, what is my spouses name and where does he work, she asked what I pay for my mortgage?  I told her that these were none of her business and that is private information that has nothing to do with my bill and they should not be asking that.  I then told her my husband works with the department of justice and that he will be contacting them. I then told her I had to go, she said she would call me back in 45 minutes but of course no one ever did.  Something is not right with this company!!!!!!

Im being harassed by these people, what can i do? They say i have to pay over 500 a month to them, i can't afford that i only make 9 an hour.
