What gets me is they called my cell phone. That's a definite no-no for these calls.

I actually took their poll and it seemed legit.  They asked a bunch of questions, like where I purchase my food, how many times a week etc.  I answered everyone their questions with the most stupid answer I could think of.
Unfortunately, survey calls are legal. Hopefully, the FTC will change that.

Strange... I'm surprised at the negative reports here!  I got a call from this number, and he identified himself as from Polycom, and he wanted to do a survey on my satisfaction with how they handled a problem I had with Polycom phones.  I told him I didn't have time, and he asked if he could call back later.

Someone called "Rhonda" left a message falsely claiming I had called this number and purporting to be "returning my call" when I NEVER called them. I was suspicious when she failed to identify the company she was calling from. The scary part was that she said she was trying to reach x and knew my first name. I would love to know how they got my private information. I have also paid to be on a DO NOT CALL list and this is a violation of that. This number called my phone 3 times within the past 24 hours and I would like to report and block this specific phone number. Rather than call back, I decided to investigate online the phone number and found your post full of warnings. I do not plan to call back. I have searched but found no setting or feature to block such calls on my android phone. If anyone has any suggestions on how to block this number from my cell, PLEASE post that. Thanks!

These "BRG Researchers" who hassled me in the past are now back as "Survey Center".
I'm searching for home addresses in information for owners and executive in this company.

My father is a moron and picks up 800-numbers. They told him that they wanted him to take a quick survey and they'll send him $25.00 gift card.

He's on the road so like the moron that he is, he GAVE THEM MY PHONE NUMBER and now they don't stop calling. Every bloody day these [***] call, multiple times a day...

Make a Complaint to the FTC and these bustards will stop!

When you call the number, they want you to leave a message with your phone number to be removed from their own do not call list.

I suggest that everyone who has received a call from this number to call back and leave a message stating you are already on the government's DNC list and they are required by LAW to check that list every 3 or 6 months and remove numbers that are on that list.  Remind them that if they call again, that you will be contacting an attorney to press charges against them, with fines up to $11,000 for EACH violation.

I am on the do not call list and they keep calling.

"Dan Fare, BRG Research" called and said he is conducting a survey on employee benefits, asked for the CEO.  Called later and asked for the HR manager.  Said we would receive $25 if we "qualify", whatever that means.  I told them to take us off their list.

Got a call from these telemarketers at 8:30pm. Called back twice in a row

I just received a call from them and it's 9:05 p.m., are they allowed to call this late?

I found his number at home and called him.  I told him that I was on the (DO NOT CALL LIST)  But his company continues to call me.  I told him that I was going to call his house 8 times a day until BRG management stops calling me.  I told him to have a good day and hung up.  His home number is (801) 491 9235.  Please call him and let him know how it feels.

Who ever it is calls about 5-6x's a day i don't answer it,it rings 3x's and then hang up,only to call back about 20 min. later!! I am also on the do-not-call list! It's very bothersome to me...I don't work outside the home and I'm recuperating from a broken foot!!!

Over and over,
on CELL phone number...
which same number I have had for years and years and years now...
which number I have also had for many years on the U.S. FEDERAL DO NOT CALL LIST...
...now month after month calls me over and over
interrupting work etc.
and which number does not leave any message for me (though they hang on until VM picks up apparently) ...

if it isn't bad enough they call at all without any relationship to me...
...and that they disregard/disrespect all by ignoring the Federal DO NOT CALL list...
...and that they additionally call over and over...
...and interupt work...
...and they DON'T leave a message when the VM picks up...

...when the VM picks up at all (hellohhhhhhh) smartphone TEXTS me that "I have a new VM message"...
...which I then take the time later over and over to CALL VM only to find out no message left (and I hear old saved messages over and over again to be certain I've not missed anything).

Hope no company is counting on these calls generating additional support or sales etc.
