Left a threatening message.

Threatening robo call. Used my name but did not provide company information.

Very threatening message about being non compliant and not responding to them.

left very alarming vm. did not mention company at all.. obviously a scam.

Has left 2 threatening voicemails claiming evasiveness and noncompliance for unnamed company and with vague ominous "we're filing papers" its the same message of a super aggressive voice that says his name is Mike. Demands a call back immediately for unnamed place or unnamed debt. Its the same recording both times.

Called about non compliant and evasive. Finally got a human saying this is a debt from ez money acct, March 2015, when I said I never opened one, they hung up on me

I received multiple threats with no information of whom the caller is

A voice on the phone or a voicemail is NOT legal notice of a debt. Since they did not even leave a name, you can be sure this is a phony debt scam.
Never call criminals back. Never talk to they if they call. Say nothing - hangup and block the number.

Mike from payment processing always leaves a voicemail saying to press 1 or call back but the voicemail is always left from a different phone number. He says im non compliant and threatens to file charges on me. This happens 3 to 4 times a week for the last month or so.

Said that I had a loan that I never repaid. They had my name but the address and social security number they had were not mine. I told her I have never had a loan. She said she would mark down that I refused to pay and they would physically force me to pay.

The Mob mentality seems a bit dramatic, even for a debt scammer to get physical.

Threatening phone caller about filing paperwork.  Stated I have been flagged as evasive.  They are calling my cell and home number daily. Very irritating.

Same [***] on me.. Dec 2015.. I never took out a loan.  Had personal Info which alarms me

That's the same message I got  I told them to verify it by sending a letter. They hung up

They are basically harassing at this point- Calling 2 times a day at least every day M-F. Message is always a robo message named Mike saying I've been evasive and not cooperative and they need to verify my address to prepare documentation to mail. No company information is left. I think it's one of those scams to steal people's information or scam them for money.

Same robo message. However, I pressed one for "Dave" to answer with "Recovery Services". I explained to him that I knew this was a scam, and to please remove me from their dumb calling list. He swore at me and then hung up.

This guy is getting on my nerves! I do not have a loan with them and I have been “marked as evasive and non-compliant.” Come get me! I’m waiting!

Yes it has to be a scam trying to verify your information for identity theft!!! Even called my mom my identity has been stolen in the past so I know my info is out there just be super careful with these types of calls. I have a freeze on all my stuff at the moment. Scary they have so much info on you used an address from over 10 years ago and now wants me to verify my current address.
