- Ross Lambert| 1 reply866-383-1452
Received several messages claiming processing center and now evasive, threatening messages, yet no name of a company.- Caller: No name
- Call type: Debt collector
- Jennifer replies to Nicole| 3 repliesWhen they first started calling it was a woman and we got into an argument bc I told her I never got a loan in March 2015. She asked me why didn't I file a police report and I replied with how can I file one when I didn't know about it. Then a guy with the last name Gonzalez started calling. And now Mike telling me that I'm being evasive wanted me to verify my address so they can send out legal documents etc. The return # is never the # they call from. They've called from #'s that says Charleston,SC, Myrtle Beach,SC, Andrew's, SC etc. Absolutely ridiculous.
- etalGetting a LOT of these messages. They're using a lot of different phone numbers to call from.
From the comments I've read, wouldn't a "loan" from 2015 be past the statute of limitations?

- DanielleYes obvious scam. They call from various numbers, many local to your area. Every now and then when I need to let of some steam I'll answer the call and speak to someone :) they come at you very aggressive so if your having one of those days and are ticked off to begin with, it's a nice therapy session lol. I typically end it with I told you months ago to send me the documentation required by the fair debt collection practices act then tell them where to go since they obviously have none. I monitor and have everything frozen with my credit so not too concerned they have my info.
- Caller: Mike
- LoriThe phone did not ring. Just got a voice mail. They knew my name, wanted to verify address. I've not responded to calls, messages, ect. The guy said his name was Mike and that I've been flagged as noncompliant and such. They are going to take action. Blah blah blah. You can't get blood from a turnip. I've got no loans that I'm unaware of and I know who I owe. Stupid scammers. I'm old and fat and I've no patience for losers that try to scam me.
- Caller: No company. Just Mike.

- KevinGetting the same message, from Mike in the payment processing center. Been calling for 2 months. My wife called the number and the person said I owed 800.00 from a EZ loan in 2015, which I know is a total lie. My wife made them mad and the person hung up on her.
I refuse to give in to this nonsense - Kim| 1 replySame threatening script as other callers. I have the number blocked but he leaves voicemails every day, sometimes twice in a day.

- NoloanleftunpaidI keep getting calls too. I answered once and they said I had a load from February of 2015 stating I had said I worked at so and so company and another company at the time but the timeline of what they were saying didn’t match up to any of the employment history I have had. They said that another company was planning on suing me and they would garnish my wages. They provide you with a number to call them back but it literally just rings and rings with no answer. I know for a fact I didn’t get a loan out in February of 2015….
