Yep she told me my wages will be garnished for a loan in 2015 smdh then she hanged up. These scammers think we pluck money from trees.....they should be prosecuted.

Keep getting these calls, they are calling my wife as well. These pieces of [***] should be put in jail for the rest of their miserable tiny lives.

Just got the same number I told him I was in law enforcement I let the police department know and I gave them the number

Not sure why you bothered the police since there's nothing they can do about your unwanted phone calls.

Call the FTC ( Federal Trade Commission ) and report them. Phone number 877-382-4357
These are the people that will be able to make them stop calling.

Get as much information as you can to give to the FTC as possible. I played along with the phone call to see how much information they had on me and also to get as much information as I could on them.

Also if they have your social security number you can file online a fraud notice. Just in case they sell your information you have a fraud alert on your social now, and no one can get an account without verification.

Robot voicemail. Total scam!! Call the FTC Federal Trade Commission at 877-382-4357 to file a complaint. Unfortunately blocking their numbers doesn't help as the phone might not ring but their call will go to your voicemail.

The only way to stop them is to file a report with the FTC... Let us protect those who can defend themselves. Like the elderly - your parents/grandparents or just your neighbor.

Persistent and even a little frightening, but for the assurances here that it's not a legit enterprise. I appreciate that I'm not alone in these bothersome calls, and that greater minds than mine are offering their solidarity.

God a call threatening me and saying they are gonna freeze my account. When I asked for their info they tell me it’s Mike and that they have tried to contact me multiple times. All lies

Scammers keep getting just texts stating non compliant and want to verify my address. Lol will be a cold day in hell

My experience mirrors everyone above. I have the number blocked from where they've been "calling" from. So far it's the same one.

Here is the message they left me:

This annoying numbers (from California and Louisiana) calls me at least 3 times a day at random times telling me in a demanding voice that I need to "Press 1" to speak to an agent. The robotic person (Mike) tells me I'm being " Evasive" and what not and they need my address so they can take "Legal Action"...I never pick up the call cause I don't know anyone in California or Louisiana and I blocked the numbers..But it still manages to leave a voice mail..These scammers will try ANYTHING  to get your information...
