I received a call from "Raymond" today. He did say that he was from DRS and he had some information the he was "SURE I had no idea about". He stressed the word sure. He even gave me an account # about which was important to me. "I nred an immediate call back". Well "Raymond"'s call initiated from a cell phone number in Richmond, Ba. yet the return call is.this number?

Same thing as everyone else except het name was Tine and she actually used my first name. She said it was DRS that was calling. But that tells you absolutely nothing. Im glad I read these posts before considering to call the number back

every one of these jerks has a reverse phone book which lists your phone number and the people who live in your house even if they have no phone. the phone book is listed by address, not your name and if any of these other people give the address of where they are living the jerks will call you asking for so and so, do you know what their new address or phone number is, are they related, etc. just do not answer any of these calls. new scam comes up on caller i.d. as *toll-free* xxx-xxxx.

Someone called ME wanting to speak with my business partner.  When I asked if there was anything I could do to help, he asked if I was my business partner's attorney. Gave no info and said if my partner did not call them back it would be trouble for my business partner.

Someone who said his name was Stephen called from a Local number and left this number to call back.  Said it was something concerning a file attached to my social security number.  He said he was with the DRS whatever that is.  I didn't call the number back.

caller said they were calling from couth carolina but the number was 313-202-9572 Dynamic Recovery Solutions. 313 is a detroit area code. said they were calling about a debt from 1997 that they received in their office late last year! i told them the statute of limitations in michigan is six years and if they think i'm getting ready to make arranges on a debt of 15yrs they are crazy! if they think i'm going to pay a debt to speigel they are crazy because i've never had credit through speigel! they refused to send me anything in writing to my current address because they sent letters to a former address and it is my responsibility to keep my address updated with my creditors. i told her to get...off...of...my...phone.

Just tell them to sue you and hope they do. Then sue them for FDCPA violations-attempting to collect on a SOL debt knowing very well that they cannot. That's $$$ for you. COntact a Dave Ramsey endorsed attorney at collectionbully.com or search at NACA.org. Most will take your case on a contingency basis especially in case like this where in addition to your $1000 or so they have to pay your attorney about $3000. Pretty dumb move trying to collect ona 15 year SOL expired debt. These punks hope a lot of people don't know their rights but they are wrong.

a.k.a. "Dynamics Recovery Solutions" - debt collectors. Call random numbers all day long, phishing for personal banking information. Obviously a scam.

I have gotten several calls from this number while trying to make my local band recordings so I can reflect back someday. I have an emergency food supply present. The phone calls are disturbing because I have a MagicJack. I have four couches.

Received a call from 214-473-5585 stating they were Dynamic Recover Solutions.  I asked again who they were.  She stated they had all my information and I needed to confirm the last four of my SS before continuing the call. She rattled off a birthdate which was no where near mine.  My response was that is not me.  She stated they would remove my number.
