I finally spoke to one of their customer services. They wanted to offer me a Master Card with no charge. I declined. First sounded like a scam, the women was yawning a lot and sounded like she is sleeping.They are the most inprofessionals people ever.

These guys are persistent mofos!!!! Every weekday for the past month!!!!!
I've picked up a few times, ready to unleash some profanity at them, but there's never anyone responding.
Why can't those lame hacker people/groups go and eff up telemarketer's phone networks instead of legitimate business networks?!?!?!?

It is "gemma communications" gemmacom.com, a Canada based call centre that legitimately promotes services for your financial service, cable and/or insurance.

Best way is to contact the company they are calling you for which is most likely you have an account with and ask your company to be placed on a no solicit list. PC financial for example will ask if you want no solicit for email, mail, phone or all of the above.

That will solve the problem.

This is legitimate AND LEGAL, even if you are on the DNCL.  Call is from a third party, representing businesses who have an existing business relationship with you.  You can request to not be contacted again, and they will listen.

In my case, the call was on behalf of PC Financial, trying to sign me up for a Mastercard.  They simply wanted a yes or no answer as to whether I would like an info kit in the mail.  They did not require my address or any information beyond my name, as they said they will send the kit to the address on file with PC.

I've since contacted PC Financial to be removed from their marketing lists.  It was perfectly legal for them to contact me, as although I'm on the DNCL, I did NOT explicitly opt out of advertising calls from PC when I created my bank account with them.

No, how did you get that information? Did an application from google play sell it to you?

As others reported, called the number back and reached gemma communications.  I was able to remove my number from their list.  Hope that stops the calls!!!

These people keep calling incessantly. I called them back, and they had my number! I pressed the required number to be removed from their calling list. The message said it would be removed within the next 24 hours.
I sure hope so.

Same thing here. Just punch in your number starting with the area code when they ask, and that'll be it.

There ought to be a law against 'telemarketing'. It's an invasion of my privacy. If I want something, I'll either Google search it or ask someone, thank you very much!

NO clue what that's about.According to a google search, US Direct Express is under investigation by Verizon (yes, I have Verizon) for phishing texts they've been sending using a different verizon number. So I'm assuming this is related to that. I hate scammers.

Called yesterday evening, after 7pm.  If you don't say anything (not even hello) to trigger the robocall, you will get dead air and then a hard automated hang-up.  Try it.

I''m at work during these times... they continuously call me. Never in the morning when I'm actually home and even able to answer. No they call my cell when I'm working.... what the hell?

Telemarketer.  Number shows without a business name.  Said they were PC Financial with special offers for (name of my wife).  Wouldn't leave a message.  Probably legitimate since my wife has or had a PC bank card.
