- Karen O'DonnellCall came up as "Unknown" on my phone meaning it isn't someone in my Contact List so I do not answer. A minute or so after the call, my Voicemail Notification came on. There was no message but they tied up voicemail until my phone disconnected the call.
- Russell StrodtzUnwanted calls.
- ddlbGot the call today and I agree they should program cvs - but they didn't leave a message with the code they give - so I can't call back to approve my prescription - guess they will have to call again

- DJYes, this *is* CVS Caremark, whom I use for my prescriptions. They will leave you a voicemail to call them back with a seven-digit number.

- Analytical GuyClaimed to be CVS Caremark. A few days ago, I got a similar call from from 423-822-2465, also claiming to be CVS Caremark.
The first call said to call back at 877-477-1442, and enter a 7-digit code.
When I called the number, it said it recognized the number I was calling from and didn't need to enter the code. It immediately asked me to enter my birth date. From other posts, I gather it might have asked for my social security number next.
Instead, I hung up and phoned the number I always use for CVS Caremark. They told me they had no record of trying to contact me, and they didn't know that number,
Tonight, I received a call from 866-430-1891.
They said to call back at 866-430-1891, and enter a 7-digit code. When I called this time, the system didn't recognize the number I was calling from, so I had to enter the code.
After I entered the code, a recording gave me an update that I think only CVS Caremark would know. The recording did not ask for my birth date or any other info from me.
If I had to summarize:
1. Call from 423-822-2465 asking me to call back at 877-477-1442:
Bad. Asked for personal information.
2. Call from 866-430-1891 asking me to call back at 866-430-1891:
Seems harmless. Didn't ask for any info, and offered me some (possibly helpful) information.- Caller: CVS Caremark
- sdfIT NOT A SPAM, ITS A BUG IN THEIR SYSTEM
- WTCIt is CVS Caremark - automated prescription updates and messages. Although the Caller ID indicated "Unknown", my voice mail program properly identified as CVS Caremark and I have returned their message about my pending mail order. No personal information was requested or provided.
- Caller: CVS Caremark
- DeannThis is CVS Caremark. This is not a scam.
- Caller: 1 800 Service
- GeorgeThis number is legit. The recorded message provides a 7 digit code to use when you call back. It will then ID you by name. It is a legitimate prescription services call from Caremark usually related to switching your prescriptions from pharmacy pick-up to 90 day mail order, ostensibly to save you money. Anything else, from another number, that seems to replicate this call and asks for personal identifying information is a scam.
- Caller: CVS Caremark Prescription Services
- KellyI just answered a call from this number & it is still CVS Caremark. It is legit & not a scam.
- Caller: CVS Caremark
- AliceThe 866-430-1891 is an automated calling system for CVS Caremark. The 7 digit number is to access a pre-recorded message about any prescription orders not responded to my your doctor.
- Caller: CVS Caremark
- SusanThere are scams out there that try to identify your phone number and your voiceand get you to say 'yes'. If this is Caremark, they should know better. I called from a different number than my cell, entered the 7 digit number and said 'Correct' when they asked if the 7 digit extension I dialed was correct. It wouldn't accept "correct" it wanted 'yes,' I guess. I hung up. They have my email and should be reaching out that way. Even though other people have said this is not a scam, I don't know because anyone can make these types of calls now.
- Caller: ? Caremark
- someoneautomated msg claiming being from CVS Caremark. The msg included may first/last name. Left 7-digit code. I called back from the same number, auto-responder asked name confirmation with "yes". After "yes' it hung up.
