I got a phone call from this same number 866-443-6985 ext 313. by someone named Tamara.  She claims to work for FFG & Associates.  She calls me everyday at work, (about 20 times everyday) leaves messages on my voice mail of my cell phone. I have been saving them to use against her, that i need to return her call or i will be arrested and she is forwarding all my information to the county attorney, and she also calls the HR Department to check if i am working that day and that she needs to have a wage garnishment authorization. But she never tell me the amount when i asked her. I am not signing no such thing ever.

I just called the number Joespah called me from regarding a check/security issues.  All I did is ask for a address for my attorney to mail them a writ.  first I was hung up on, I called back and the address they gave me is;

Keep getting calls from Joseph saying he's calling in reference to a check I wrote and for security purposes wants me to call them back.  I don't write checks so I know it's a scam.

Hi. I am 15 and I get calls everyday now from joseph saying the same thing. That I wrote a check and need to call for security purposes. I have a check book but I have only ever wrote one check in my whole life and that was like 2 years ago. And last year I kept getting calls from a 702 number and they wouldn't stop calling until my dad talked to them. Please figure out what is going on. Sue them do whatever. Thanks.

Thank you to everyone!  I received a message from "Joseph" today asking me to call him back at 1-866-443-6985 and he was from FFG and Assoc.  I knew something didn't sound right because I have no problems with my checks or bank accounts.  The number on the caller ID was 314-549-8866.

I keep getting this number calling to my work number, they say I need to call right away to validate a "check" that has not been cashed. This doensnt sound right what so ever since they dont give any info what the "check" refers to. They also call to my cell phone with an area code about 400 miles away from where I live. I get the impression they are just using "tricky" tactics for maybe a collection agency. I have not called them back and dont intend to since I know I have no "unvalidated checks" that need to be cashed.  any thoughts?

I read all the messages....dont call them, its a scam and DO NOT give your info to them, call the Better Business Bureau

They know that if I obtain their address information, I can tell them in writing with return receipt to cease and desist-loli*writing*

Joseph calls me everyday. I look forward to all the voicemail and laugh my ass off because they all sound the same.He's a total mouth-breather and sounds like he a squishy white ass. I'll bet when he calls his granny (provided he doesn't live in her basement already) he accidentally goes into the shpeel about a "check she wrote" LOL. What a douche! Keep em comin JeehoseFAT.

I have already received 3 calls from this person named Joseph.  Same story clarification of a check I issued for FFG.  I just keep deleting, and check this number 866-443-6985 in the internet to check what scam is this, but the calls are originated from a phone 408-465-0830 from Morgan Hill.

Someone named Joseph called and left a message about a check that I had written and to please call back.  He never addressed me by my name and the only checks that I have written were for my bills which have all been cashed.

It's actually true. I know this "joseph"  he's my cousin he really does live with our grandma because he can't get anyone to pay their bills. All he does is masturbate and make phone calls. We don't go over there at all. Poor grandma.. :(

Really, prove you are not a ffg [***] with nothing to do than play on the computer. Furnish a case number please and what state. Its public information as every state has a state courts website. prove me wrong seeing that your message came from the same ip address that every single one of the other people that say they were sued.

Rory Vohwinkel's middle name just happens to be "Joseph". The # is connected to Salvatore Mazzara and North American Asset Service LLC formally Vegalo LLC.

We have been getting these daily where I am employed as well, it is coming in as a 412 area code, but "Joseph" is a recording.
