I work in the call center industry, and this company is using what's called a "predictive dialer" - their system will dial numbers randomly on their list and then when you answer, it will connect to an agent on their end. Most of the time there are no agents available, so the system will disconnect you as opposed to reputable companies who will place your call in queue. My cellular provider is Sprint/Nextel and yes I'm filing a complaint too...I get calls at least four times daily, and I've got the call detail on my monthly statement to prove it! Beware and do NOT give any information whatsoever to the agent! You are only enabling them.

I have been getting at least 2 calls a day from this number on my cell phone.  Every time I answer, the call disconnects after a few seconds. If I call back, it goes right to a recording that says, "All our agents are currently busy. We'll try this call again later." I have never heard a human being say a word when they call.  I just registered on the Do Not Call list, but it says you have to wait 31 days before you can start making complaints.  I also spoke with T-mobile to see if it was possible to block a number from calling my cell phone, but they claim no cell phone providers have the technology for that in the US.

I have received calls from this number for over two weeks now mostly in the mornings. When I pick up it disconnectes after a few seconds. I called the umber back and it says that an agent is not available then disconnects.

They call daily.  when i confirmed who i was, they hung up.  they hang up all the time.  this is incredibly annoying and harrassing.

I have received about ten calls from this number. I finally got someone on the other end who said they were from Clearwater, Florida with Platinum One Mastercard. When I started asking them questions they hung up. That's happened twice now.

they called me and told me that they were islamic jihadis and were going to behead me for being an infidel unless i gave them my credit card number

8664521137 Get calls every single day at work; I am unable to get anyone on the phone when I call the number back. Seems there are a lot of other people with similar complaints and nothing being done about it.

I filed two today. They started calling me this week non stop, and I'm not going to sit around and let them annoy me.

866 452 1137 - they claim to be Platinum Rewards, and when I pressed "for who???"  they hesitated and said "American Express."  I am an AMEX customer, and this IS NOT AMEX.  The real AMEX clearly identifies themselves and would never call at work to solicit a "$200 shopping spree" and a "$100 gift card" for a small shipping charge of $2.   PLEASE.  I hope people don't fall for this stuff!!!!

They call me at least twice per day. They are insane. Sometimes when I actually answer it they are extremely cryptic. I ask if they can please quit calling me and they say things like 'no' and act very weird. I don't understand why they keep on calling me!!

I got at least one call from them every day for three weeks. Always they would hang up as soon as my phone or me answered. Then out of the blue a voice asked me about my Mastercard and told me the last four numbers of my Mastercard. I freaked out and asked them how in the hell they got my card number. I cancelled my card. So far they haven't called back. EVERYONE = THEY ARE UP TO NO GOOD.

I have been receiving calls from 866-452-1137 at my place of employment for over 2 weeks now.  When I answer to tell them to remove my number from their calling list, there is silence and it eventually hangs up without anyone ever speaking.  I refuse to call the number back because that is how these scamsters get around the Do Not Call law.  I know how to solve this.  I registered the number with the FTC so if they call it after 31 days, they will be in violation of the Do Not Call law.

Yes, They are calling me too and when I call back it says "all our representatives are busy and will try this call later."  I don't want them to call me!!

No balls, this company sucks!!
I would tell them off if they would answer the phone.
