I don't know what to add, but I figured it must be some sort of bill collector or solicitor.  I had a ringback tone set up on my phone so that instead of a ring my phone played music.  I had that feature removed because I thought that the call center must assume that I was missing their calls and it was going straight to voicemail.  

I haven't had any change in the frequency of the calls, nor have I had any luck with speaking to anyone.  Even if I answer after the first ring it always hangs up seconds later.  I'm sure that we should be able to sue the company for harassing phone calls or something.  If only we could find out what company is guilty!

They call me at least three times a day! I never answer.

This number is fraud!! Do not talk to them! They called 16 times in three days, you can't call the number back. Once they verify your name, they inquire about the last four numbers on a Visa card (scary enough, the numbers matched my debit card). I demanded to know who was calling and she hung up on me. I immediately called my bank and froze my account. According to WACHOWIA, there is a scam running, and if you talk nice to them, their intentions are to get your security code off of your signature strip and commit fraud on your credit card! Watch out!

they call once or twice daily.
when I answer, they hang up, when my wife answers, they hold the line a while before hanging up.
When I tried to use the phone detective, it wanted14.95 to give the info.
when I eventually arrived at this website, there is a hyper link to get all of the "info for free" through "phone detective" (if I have everything correct.)

I think there is saomething right in your cell phone "tools" or "system" that you can click on in your cell.

Call and hang up after a few seconds

I got a call from my bank letting me know my bank card had been compromised.  Finally I put two and two together and did a google search on this number.  Do not answer to them, and keep a close eye on your bank account.

They called me twice yesterday, and so far 3 times today.  I haven't answered any of them.  I called back to see who it was, and I got a recording saying all their agents are busy.  I looked it up online, and I found this page with everyone's comments on how it's a scam.  They call every 3 hours on the minute, I've noticed.  Yesterday it was 4:48 and 7:48, and so far today it was 9:21, 12:21, and 3:21.

866-452-1137 Calls me up to 4 times per day now, often at 7am. no one ever says anything when I pick up, and then it disconnects

I finally answered this number this morning. It appears on my phone 3or 4times a day. There was a nice young man on the line that actually talked to me. He knew the last 4 numbers of my credit card. He was going to send me all these free gifts and needed to confim my address. I told him I wasn't interested in free gifts and to remove my name from his list. He said I would still receive calls until I took the gifts or either declined. I told him I was declining. He said ,"Well, Jeanette I hope your day is as pleasant as you are" and hung up. Don't think I was very pleasant. I get so angry every time I see that number.Reported to Visa. she said he couldn't use credit card if he only knew last 4 digits. I will never order anything over the computer again. they got these numbers from something I ordered.

I received 2 calls from this number but didn't answer.  I also discovered that at the same time as when these calls were received, I received an unauthorized charge on my credit card bill from a telemarketing firm called AccuData.  CHECK YOUR CREDIT CARD BILLS ONLINE NOW and change your account number if need be.  I also reported to the FCC http://www.fcc.gov/cgb/complaints_tcpa.html

I received this number call 2 days. They are calling me and when I call back it says "all our representatives are busy and will try this call later."  I don't want them to call me!!

The same thing is happening to me. I'm getting calls 3-5 times a day, often waking me up when I am trying to sleep. I just put them in my phone book and made their ringtone 'silent' to try to make them less annoying. I filed a complaint with the FCC. These calls started happening right after I received a letter in the mail from a collections agency (for a bill that was for something I never bought) that seemed fishy. I called their customer service and had to leave a message with my phone number. Ever since I did that, I've been getting these calls from 18664521137. The company that is supposed to be a collections agency is called "Collections Bureau of America" Both seem like scams.

if they call and ask for my mother in law one more time when she isnt here i will get ugly and call the cops im tired of the harrasment ...if he can not leave a messege with me or my father in law then he has no business calling...he WILL NOT hang up on me again ....you eiether do something about him or i will ..they call 10-15 times a day and that is not exageration i have my caller id to prove it ...it shows as not provided and gives the number 866-452-1137 i wont be nice next time

They call mutiple times in a day.  When there was finally someone there to talk to, they called and asked to speak to my 3 year old daughter about her credit card.  When I told them she was 3, they said they wouldn't call again and hung up before I could ask any questions.

Yeah, I kept getting harassing calls from this number and several others over a four-month period last year until I had my phone disconnected and changed to an unlisted number. They were looking for person(s) who originally had my phone number. I wish the phone company would permanently delete phone numbers after they are disconnected, for it is only a matter of time before they start calling my new number. (((Sigh)))...

I too have been getting calls from this number non-stop, daily for weeks.  If I do answer they act like they know me and say Hey Lynne.  This morning they left a message on my machine with just that statement and hung up.  It is driving me crazy.  Is there a way to block this number from your land line?  Help!!
