I have not made a payment to them since 5/2011. The balance was $307.00. I had a dispute for that amount and they would not help. Still 7 months and hundreds of calls, I take 1 call per week, they persist.   THEY REFUSED TO HELP FOR EVEN 1 CALL BUT THEY HAVE WASTED HUNDREDS CALLING AND ASKING TO BE PAID. STUPID F'N PEOPLE

I receive multiple calls daily from 866-456-0706 and when I answer they never say a word. They just hold the phone as long as I am willing to do so. Not to mention they are calling my cell phone so that I am paying for them to act in this ridiculous manner.  Why can't we put a stop to this.

Say they are calling from Barclay Bank regarding credit card account.   That account has been closed for almost a year.  They hang up as soon as I say the account is closed or that they should not call here.   They leave a call back number with an extension but the only way to get through the front menu is to enter full account number or your SS#.  No way to contact extension left.    

Its Barclay!  Yes I owe them money but geez they not only blow up my phone they are now blowing up my parent's house & my sister's house.  How they got the number to call them I have no clue.  I have asked them to not bother them & they said they would not but they still do.  Isn't that against the law??
