Yes VERY BIG Coincidence!!!! Same thing for me!!! AS soon as I signed up for the do not call list a year or so ago my phone has been constant 800 #'s especially from warranty companies! This number made mention of my Visa, Master and or American Express card. That my account was not in danger, I don't even have a credit card!!

Just got a call from 866 469-3328 on my cell, a pre-recording saying it is "very important" that I get in touch with them immediatlely about my credit card..though it also made it clear they don't have a clue what credit cards I carry. Just another dumbass telemarketing firm with no idea how to actually reach customers.

Call came from: +1-866-469-3328 - Did not answer but caller left voicemail/automated message. "345054 We're currently reaching out to help those that are uninsured and I wanted to let you know that you have been prequalified for a national health care program that only costs you and your family about $3 a day. We just need to get some basic information from you. If you qualify you and your family are going to receive medical benefits for approximately $99 a month. Which includes you and your entire family. I'm giving you a call back. My name is Robin and I am at 1-877-284-5054 and that's toll free. I look forward to hearing from you."

recording about visa, mastercard, amex, etc. when i pressed one to talk to someone she said something (bad connection) then hung up on me. When i made an attempt to call back the number was invalid!!!!!

missed the call. Tried to call them back and got phone company message that the number is not valid. Must be scammers using "spoofed" number. FTC should make spoof numbers illegal!

Just got a call from 866-469-3328 to my wife's cell phone.  We thought that marketeers were not supposed to call cell numbers?

those mofos just called my cell.  i didn't pick up, then that f.cking jerk got the gut leave a voice message asking me to call back.  
they are selling stupid healthcare plan aka scam.
the government needs to do something about those telemarket azzholes.

Called on my cell.  Sounded automated.  Spanish, but sounded like a telemarketing scam (sounds the same in any language).

health telemarketer called my cell phone.  first time i've ever received a marketing call on my cell.  I called the number back and it said the number i dialed wasd not valid.  I wonder if it has anything to do with the faxes i've been receiving on my fax line, offering health insurance.

Got a call from this number today on my NEW UNLISTED MAGIC JACK NO ONE BUT FAMILY HAS THIS NUMBER phone number.  Left a pre-recorded message about lowering interest rates on my Discover and American Express cards.  Discover has $0 balance, never had AmEx.  Press 1 for more information, Pres 2 to be removed from the call list.  Had I been home...would have pressed 2 for sure!

offering medical insurance for 3 dllrs a day, if u sign-up dental coverage as a bonus.  hung-up and blocked caller # from future calls.

got a call from the number today with the automated person first then pressed one so i could speak with a representative.  as soon as the guy answered i asked what was the name of his business. he told me the name was financial solutions..bs..and then i asked if i could speak to his manager to be put on the do not call list and he hung up on me.

Call came from 1-866-469-3328 but caller gave a diff callback #.  I've gotten call before.  Also have received many calls from the "auto warrenty" people from the same number.

Automated voice asking for various credit card numbers for verification.  Did not identify company name, only to press 1 to be connected to them.  Scam!

Ignored the call because I did not recognize the number, nor was there caller ID information. My number is on the "Do not call" list.

Just got the call.  Automated message about health insurance offer.  Did not listen long enough to hear more and I hung up.  

To everyone out there (IMHO):  Lots of people are saying that their numbers are unlisted or only known by a few people, BUT these automated calls just cycle through all the valid numbers in a given exchange like 410-335-0001, then 0002 etc.   The Do Not Call list will not fix this problem because they are scam artists not real businesses who follow rules.

Did anyone find out who this clown is?  I'd sure like to prosecute that rascal!  I have subscribed to the "no-call" lists both for my land line and my cell phone about 3months ago. and should not be getting any of these calls from 866-469-3328 or any OTHER phone number!  This joker should be read his Miranda Rights and hauled off to the darkest jail cell!  I can barely afford the minutes for my cell phone much less for whatever junk they are selling!

Got a call from 866-469-3328 at 9:47am 6/10/09 in Oklahoma I didn't answer as my phone wasn't on me, they left no message, glad this info is here.

I rcvd a call from this number saying they were from Credit Card Services and they will lower the interest rates.
When I got a person on the line, I asked how she got my number and she SIGHED. I hung uo. Don't give them any info.

Called me saying they could work with my creditors to get my interest rates reduced.  I asked how they got my number and they said they got it through the various credit agencies.  I told him I was at work and asked if there was a website where I could research more information and the call was disconnected.  Likely scam especially after seeing the vehicle warranty calls.
