Answered the phone and received a recording stating that I "have ignored repeated attempts at correcting a faulty warranty" and to press 1 to speak to someone.  I immediately asked what vehicle they were calling about.  Their response...   "The latest one you purchased."  [***].  Telemarketing Call!  They then said they could remove me from the list but I would have to wait...   and I said, "[***], wrong again, I'm not waiting for anything, don't call MY PHONE EVER AGAIN!"

To everyone, the persons using this number are attempting to gain personal information to steal your identity to use your credit or rob money from your bank. Everyone who reads this should file a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission and their state attorney's office to have the phone company identify these people(scumbags) and prosecute them.

Called cell and hung up upon answering. Won't answer again

Call my cell phone several times a week using various fake phone numbers - car warranty scam. Catch these horrible criminals!!!!

This phone number called my cell phone about an hour ago.  I said hello and all I heard was breathing and when I said hello again they hung up. These phone calls should be illegal in my opinion.  Personal cell phone numbers should not be allowed to get on these lists. Stuff like this is not cool.  I'm sick of it!

I just received a telephone call from this same number about 20 minutes ago.  I did not answer because I did not know who it was.  Glad to see I didn't waste my time.  I checked there number with reverse phone number off white pages and they said the number did not have any record.  Weird how we all got the same phone number to call and they do not exist....I don't know how they received my number either.  Where is everyone from?  I am from Alabama.

Just got a call from these jokers at 10:00 AM on a Saturday. Didn't answer, and they didn't leave a message. From the look of things these guys are getting prolific.

I received a call from this number. Didn't know I missed the call since I was asleep. I called the number back and then it said the call cannot be completed, and try your call again. What's with these telemarketer calls and their bogus numbers? They keep calling you but make sure you can't call them back to complain.....

From what I've read, this number has to be spoofed. Everyting from "mortgage" companies, auto warranty, credit cards to simple hang-ups. Telemarketers using this "fake" number to avoid callbacks and complaints to authorities. I've received numerous "dead air" and hangup calls from this number.

got a call from this # 866-469-3328, they are selling auto warranty. they claim that your auto warranty is expiring and that you should extend it. This is a SCAM, first of all they don't even know what car you own (imagine that), then they want to tough sell you their warranty that you don't really need. A couple of weeks ago, I also read this issue in the newspaper, how this is just a telemarketer trying to "strong arm" you in getting their warranty. Beware this is nothing but a SCAM. although, i was really considering about extending the warranty on my "LAMBORGHINI MURCIELAGO" and my "FERRARI ENZO", i might also include the "BENTLEY". ;)

Just got this call 9:29am. Oregon. Did not answer.

Called about an hour ago (mid Saturday afternoon) to what is supposed to be an unlisted cell. I just picked up and hung up since I knew I didn't give my number to whomever this could be.

I have been receiving these calls for about a month now and been increasing at a steady 2 to 3 times a week from alternate numbers from the one noted below with the same automated message from my cell phone regarding that the factory warranty on my vehicle has expired and that I may still have it available. The automated system gives me two options to press 1 to speak to a representative or press 2 to take myself off the list. Initially I had attempted several times pressing 2 to no avail. Today 4/11/09 I had received a call from 866-469-3328 and pressed 1 to speak with a representative. I spoke with Vicky and informed her politely to take me off the phone list and she said frankly they get lists from other businesses and told me she will send an email to her supervisor to take me off the list. She also said I can go online to take myself off at www.removephone.com but when I went on I noticed it needed a client id and password?? I will give it about a week to see if I get any more calls for update.

I got this call on my cell today at 11:46 am and my phone is on the do not call registry. How can they call if your number is listed for them not to call? I did not answer the call so it went in my missed call list. I just added my cell number back to the do not call list again.

received a phone call from this number & nobody was answering... was really bothersome...

Received two calls from these people in the same day-I think Blockbuster sold them my info. The first time was (770)921-4651, the second 866-469-3328. I get calls from them about once a week trying to sell me an unwanted warranty.

I got this call today 04/12/2009 but I didn't answer and no voice message was left.
