I didn't receive any calls as folks noted on their posts.  But I was billed 5/15/08 and 6/14/08 for $12.99 each time on my Sears Gold MasterCard statement.  It reads both times as: RN *REAL BB ESSENTIALS  866-212-1343 WA.  So glad to find these notes on this website, and I'll TRY to get the charge off my next statement (if it should recur), and be reimbursed by my credit card company.  Have NO IDEA who these people are.  Note the WASHINGTON phone # -- no information on this toll-free number on reverse phone look-up.   Thanks for this by you all, I may not be alone, I guess.

I too have noticed money missing from my bank account for the amount 12.99 each month from RN REAL BB ESSENTIALS at WA 866-212-1343. i tried several times to cancel and get my money back since i did not authorize the payment but i never got to speak to anyone at the number.

No phone call, but unauthorized charges to my credit card to RN REAL BB ESSENTIALS for 12.99.  Have no idea who it is but found this when i goggled it.  Trying to research it and get my charges cleared.

Guess I've joined the elite crowd; never called, but debit charges! Canceling the card in the morning. Hope someone catches these thieves before they are able to strike another person on fixed income... really messed up my account.

I just noticed that 12.99 is coming out of my account without any authorization.  It says the same thing RN REAL BB ESSENTIALS with the same WA phone number and several numbers after that.  I have no idea what it is.  When I called they told me it could be many things from McAfree to Rap Music.  They asked me a bunch of questions that I couldn't answer because I have no idea who they are or why they charged my account.  He asked me for my email address and regular address and I gave it to him and he put a block on my account stating that the charge was fraudulent.  Does that mean all our charges were fraudulent???  Seems a little sketchy to me.

I got that same 12.99 charge and have non idea what it is.How did you go about getting this off.

this is classic scam
any business that refuses to credit you back an unauthorized charge is crooked - these guys are just hoping you'll go away because it's such a small amount ($12.99)
what I did when I got this charge: 1)immediately contact your credit card company and cancel the card number, and 2) dispute the charge as unauthorized so you won't be held responsible for paying the amount(s), 3) contact the better business bureau.

Nevere received a call but charges from BB Essentials shows up on my Visa bill. Twice on same day!! Am reporting it to credit card company as fraud and requesting removal and blocking. I will prosecute if they wish

Received a 12.99 charge on bank account. called this number: 866-212-1343 different from above of 866-473-8739 but same Real BB Essentials in Wa. I called twice and talked to both people with extremely heavy Indian Accents. Hard to understand and they could never say how they got my acct. number.  They asked for it to "VERIFY" and I wouldn't give it to them. They couldn't find an email address but they said they would not place the charge anymore.  Gave me a cancellation ref. # and I got his name.(Probably fake!)  I am now calling my bank to tell them it was fraudulent, but really can't get a new acct. number as we have so many auto deposits, etc. going into acct.  I DESPISE ALL THE SCAMMERS!

I was took for several $12.99 payments due to my not watching my bill. These folks took advantage and fraud took place. I tried to no end to get reembursed. My card co. tried too, but it was out of their hand s,due to time frame run out. They semd you  to this one and that and each one tells you a different story'as to this and that.
So folks I beg you to look out for RN BB Essentials they will sure try to get you.

Someone needs somehow to get these folks to stop getting money our of people.
