I have the same situation as the others.  I happened to check my CC statement today and found out that $12.99 is being charged on  RN Real BB Essentials have been charging my account since October 2009 to May 2010.   I called the RN Real BB company and they could not even tell me what they're selling.   I repeatedly told him my CC no and cannot find anything on their system according to them.  I immediately called my CC company and filed a dispute.   Since their system can only retrieve 4 months back and that's the only amount I was able to get credit.  I am writing a letter to my CC to explain the fraud activity that this company has been doing on my account.

I've been charged 14.99 every month since March! I took a look at this month bank statement and the same thing happen! I don't know what to do....it's like they're doin git every month!

I thought i had these charges removed,but they have started charging my card again. Who are they and how can they do this?

I can see now for the longest time i have been paying for something that is not even a true company. doing business illegal, and I've been also taken. I will also follow up on this with the Better Business Bureau and make a complaint with the Bank. BEWARE OF THIS CROOKED COMPANY.

I am in the same boat, I think this has been going on for the last year for me. I am now in the process of canceling my card.

they have been charging our account 14.00 per month for over a year....after 3 calls with these jerks,,,,nothing....the bank can block them and so far thats about it

They just got me also and having been doing so for months.  The charges are all unauthorized.  I am getting nothing for the $12.99 they are stealing from me and like all the others who have written they are steeling my money on a monthly basis!

We called the number and the lady on the other end played dumb.  This is somehow connected with McAfee and Real Player.  Maybe there needs to be a class action law suit against this company?  Maybe I will contact some politicians as this scam is obviously victimizes hundreds of innocent Americans.  I suppose one lesson learned here is stay away from McAfee, they don’t protect you, they steal from you.

I faced the same problem and they can refund back the amount for 1 month. Trust me you need to press harder when they say you cant get your back money. I told them I alreay asked my Credit Card company for a fraud suite and and they were ready to spill back my last 12 months amount....

Did I'm going to try. I have it 2 mo. now but the whole number didn't come through. Gonna try to fix this.

I am being billed every month (12.99) for this service I wish for it to stip and any back money owed to ne sent to my billing address. I do not weant this service any longer.

this peoples are  taking money of my checking act. since july 2010 I NEVER PAID ATENTION TO MY STATEMENTS.

I have contact them on coming Monday, and aks everything clearly.
