To all who put their card # online. Please be careful to watch for popups. I was told by someone who knows the ends and outs of this kind of stuff. In jan. of this year I was sending a wedding gift to a friend at the time I was putting my card # in the appropriate place,a popup occured and I click out and I was told that's when the folks got my # and took sail with it. so be careful how you bo or order on line and give your card 3.

No call, just found a charge for 12.99 from "rn real bb ess" along with "wellnesslab" for 86.42 and "charge.ncsoft.c" for 49.99.  I have never had a problem with my credit card (3 years) and all of a sudden I have these charges from companies that have several complaints against them but I have never heard of any of them.  As a single mother, working two jobs to keep my head above water, I sure hope they get these guys!!!!!!! My 12 year old daughter asked why people would do this to us when we work so hard?  The only thing I could say was "there are bad people who just don't care."

Debit card number hijacked off internet and total charges to my debit card in 90 days was $121.99. Chase was great about it and cancelled my card and issued a new number. Also gave me a customer service number to call. They emailed me a claim form which I completed and returned and 2 days later the money was back in my account.  I will watch more carefully in the future.

My father's card was billed $29l99 a month.  Chase Visa credit card will not consider this fraud because bb essential is disputing my complaint.

    Hello All,
I just got off the phone, and I had to cancel my debit card and get a new one.  So in order for me to issue a stop payment, even when the transaction is still pending, I have to fill out a dispute form.  I tried to explain that on my transactions posted list, they've been trying to get this 12.99 since 4/07/10, it's a good thing i didn't have any money in there - LOL - no telling how much they would have 'actually' got out of me.  So the only suggestion I have to you all is - to get a new card(s) - BETTER SAFE THAN SORRY - RIGHT?  Good Luck to you all.  If this helps any, the operator at the debit card co. said it is a "herbal" company.

I just called them.  Sounds like I got a guy in India he was pretty helpful.  He was able to find the account that was setup by a comcast authorized reseller.  Anyway The account was cancelled in less than 3 minutes and the charges refunded.  So although a bit shady  how they got the account setup to begin with they were able to get it all reversed.

I have recently had CHARTER internet installed in my home.  I think that this is what happened.   Charter offered me a free modem and wireless router.  This was bought through my check out process with Charter but was sent to me from a secondary company called OFFWIRE that charter must have given my CC information to for the purchase of the free AFTER mail in rebate equipment.  The person i talked with at REAL said my account was set up the same day i gave charter my CC info.
I called the REAL and told them i had a charge on my account that read RN *SUPERPASS FROM REA 866-212-1343 WA 04-13-10 817017 i got it cancelled and refunded, i had no problems doing this the person i talk to was very nice and helpful. They will only ask you for you name and email account to verify its your account.  IF they ask for more you dont have to give it to them!!!  Then i noticed another charge from real this month on my bill that read RN *REAL BB ESSENTIALS 866-212-1343 WA 04-29-10 404611.  So i call again and i got hung up on, so i call right back.  This time the person again was very helpful.  He told me he did not know why the last representative did not inform me i had another account. but he will cancel it and refund me my money back and that i have no other accounts with REAL.

So if you get charges from real that were not authorized give them a call and helpfully your experience will be as good as mine.

I got the same $12.99 charge twice, 4/22/10 and 5/24/10. I called the number that was on my statement and to my surprise it took me directly to the cancellation dept... i spoke to someone there who could barely speak English clearly, after explaining that i had no idea where this had come from and having to ask who i was calling and what the company was etc etc he said he would take me as a 'special customer' and could refund me for the last charge.
When i asked him to refund both he said he doesn't normally do that and that it was a one time special offer pretty much... (yeh right), he almost got offended when i said this so i wanted ot make sure i at least got the one refund so to stop him blabbin on all day just ok ok ok give me the refund and cancel.

I found out i was totally tricked into this.
