- DetectiveI got a weird email claiming to be from Chase regarding a claim for fraudulent transaction, from a phone call that I never made to report any such thing. Checked my bank's actual website (Not the link from the shady email), and I see these are classic signs of a fake email from scammers.
Do NOT call or click on anything in shady emails, and never give out your personal information to some random looking site.
FYI for actual Chase customers, take a minute to review the Fraud area of the website.
https://www.chase.com/digital/resources/privacy-security/questions/fraud
From the legitimate REAL Chase website, they have a special email address "Abuse@Chase.com" where you can forward your sketchy email to them for further investigation.
When I googled the 2 phone numbers in the shady email, this site came up here.
Clearly these scammers are probably here posting fake reviews too, exactly meant to confuse the public and convince them the fake email is real. IT IS NOT! Don't be fooled.
Remember that scammers will do anything to get other people's social security details and account information, so they can steal your money like the piece of crap garbage type of people they are. You scammers are all filthy [***].
Everyone Be aware and protect your sensitive personal information!!!! Do not give it out to nobody, and I don't care if it's your mother who is asking for your personal info like that. NO.- Caller: Chase

- At workReceived call on our work number saying they were from chase looking for a Sharon something ...we do not have any Sharon here and I told the lady (strong foreign accent) on the phone this was a business - she apologized and said have a nice day.
- JanelleSome clown bought cheese puffs on my card. I noticed before the bank did. I called the bank got a bored and somewhat annoyed rep who cancelled my card and sent me a new one. Boom: next day I receives a professional looking email saying "secure documents" were waiting for my review. Slapped at the bottom was a legit phone #, but the link was 2 long and the logo 2 fuzzy. Also banks don't send you copies of fraud. A methhead wrote a check on my acct a few years ago and the bank wouldn't show me that stuff unless I came down to the branch and said pretty please. It's a scam.
- they got my personal accountBeware!!! This number is not Chase, I have notified the abuse@chase.com and they told me that the e-mail that was being sent to me is a fraud. I actually did call and gave my personal account number which was a huge mistake, when I called chase customer service they advised me to change my bank account number inside the branch. I feel so dumb for falling for this scam I hope that this helps someone! (chase_customer_claims@secure-dx.com) is their e-mail

- RBChase Secure Document server, I don't believe this is legit.
- Caller: Chase Customer Claims Secure Document Exchange
- DMI received 2 emails today's supposedly from Chase bank about new documents available in regards to fraudulent charges. Coincidence that my debit card number WAS stolen w weeks ago ?
I forward to abuse@chase.com. don't call the number or click the link, this is a scam - GabReceived an email this morning regarding a phone conversation and a claim number. Very stupid way to scam someone. I did not click on the link. I immediately called my chase branch and notified them and then I forwarded the email to abuse@chase.com
- Caller: 8665642262
- AGI thought it was a scam too, I called chase directly from their website and confirmed that is their number and they did send the email. Sometimes these emails come months after you reported the fraud incident to let you know the case is officially closed.
- lexiDo not believe anyone claiming that this is the actual number to Chase. DO NOT CLICK ON THE LINK OR GIVE YOUR INFORMATION! I have emailed Chase. Do not believe these scumbags!

- Nancy replies to AnnonymousSame EXACT thing just happened to me via an email to my husband's name (we have a joint account with Chase). Because I've become very cautious about things like this, I DID NOT call the number and came to this site to find out where I would be calling if I did. It's a scam, and it infuriates me that they have my email address connected with our names and know where we bank.
- AX replies to Cedar Log House B&Bphone number is 866-564-2262 ,they removed all charges.
- RobinSupposedly Chase Bank calling about my recent claim for transactions I don't recognize. I did not answer so they left a long voicemail. Sent a follow up email with a suspicious link to my work email, which I do not give out. If these people call or email you, don't answer or click on the email links. If you ever wonder how to check, just call the bank and verify nothing is wrong!
- Caller: Fake Chase Bank
- LynGot an email from "Chase Claims Department" The actual email Chase Customer Claims <chase_customer_claims@secure-dx.com> doesn't match the email that I have from an earlier email when we submitted a claim. I called the bank to ask what was going on, as the claim had been processed over a month ago and was told this was a phishing scam and advised to change my password number.

CALL THE NUMBER ON YOUR BANK STATEMENT - JanieGot this number in a phishy email from Chase Customer Service (like everyone below). Reported the suspicious email to abuse@chase.com (an email address I found on the Chase website) and got a less-than-professional email back basically saying "yes, we reviewed the email and it's from us. Proceed to log in at this other website." Yeah, sure. Time to call the number on the back of my card.
