They should stop calling.

Received call from noisy call center saying they were calling from "Cardmember Services". I said "I don't think you are. So which card member services are you calling from?" Then they hung up. Clearly phishing. PS - Did not speak english well so assume an overseas call center.

Claimed to be from Chase and wanting to lower my credit rate. I don't have a Chase credit account.

I just received a call from this number on my home phone. I didn't answer and they didn't leave a message on my answering machine.

866 was the area code- the rest of the number was 564-2262.

I DID SOME RESEARCH AND CALLED A FEW PEOPLE FROM THE BANK…..

the women knew all about it, it’s a fishing scam!!! DONT GIVE THEM ANY INFO.

The caller ID shows that it is Chase. But the man did not know who he was trying to reach and said he could lower my credit card rates on any credit card. Must be a scam!

Thus number called and didn’t leave a message. I called back and got Chase credit card services and they told me they did not call me. Someone must of spoofed Chase’s phone number.

You’re the crazy one, Blah. I stopped into the chase bank to show them the number I got my from JP Morgan chase and this number is NOT Chase Bank!!! You scammers are posting these comments to get people to believe you. Pathetic [***] losers!!!!

866-564-2262. I don't have an account with Chase Bank, there's no reason they should be calling me.

As for the people who's saying it's a legit number, you do know these scammers can put whatever info they want into called ID, right?
