Business Banking <busbanking@emailonline.chase.com>  appears to be fake email address. Long story short, I am assigned to a credit card fraud matter.  This email address sent an email to a "customer" using a stolen Chase card number at a hotel.  The email purported to provide an "authorization code."  I have been sending them emails back to back for hours, they respond each time w/ a canned response and then a personal response.  each time I get a response I forward it to abuse@chase.com. each email from "busbanking" gives legit Chase numbers to call and the "personalized' responses state "we regret that you are experiencing phishing emails . . ." never do they tell you to send them to abuse@chase.  there are a host of other indicators the fraudsters generate a canned response thru an auto reply and then contemplate the personalized response.  the real Chase security dept confirmed "busbanking" address is fake.

Actually got the scam email with this number on it.  Googled it and ended up here.  Looks like they are back at it 7 + years later.

OK guys - just got a call from this number - I do not answer if I don' know who it is - they left a message telling me it was Chase and that I should call them regarding an issue of concern,,,or something.  Well, I just called the REAL CHASE,,,gave the last 4 of my card digits and they ASSURED me, after checking, that they never placed such a call and were happy that I was "vigilant".  So, don't answer,,,,check with your bank and you will be safe.  These low lives should be ....!!!@@@^^^$%^^^^&&

I just had the same issue, seen a fraud charge on my account. When I called Chase they gave me the same number above, which is for Cedar Logs Home B&B and cedar claim this has been going on for years and chase is giving out a wrong number on file and they say they have nothing to do with it. I ask Chase to put a stop to allowing this merchant to send ACH payments through my account. I had to throw a big fit in order for them to do this...and chase wanted to charge me 30.00 to do it. I said I don't think so....its tax time so companies are phishing accounts.

Received an email with this number to call regarding our claim and click on a link to download documents regarding our claim.  Funny thing is we don't have a Chase account.  The link address is not for a bank either.  The link takes you to elveblues.no/doc/form.php.  Not legit!

Strange voicemail, the sound was bad quality, how can this be a professional call center for one of the biggest banks in the country? Even if it is, get it together Chase!

Transaction was in Feb 2019 paid to merchant.  Chase shows Apr 2019, again same transaction 27 May shows a negative -$1208.  Chase letter to call this number????appears double-charging.

I got the same letter when i closed an account with a Cashiers check.

You're rude to call people crazy for reporting having legitimate issues with their banking experience and your boyfriend working there blah blah..not talking about you.

Called to place a claim on a charge to my account and was given this number.  I called and they wanted my debit card number (I have an original chase account) and I had to give them my pin.  Was on hold for too long and got suspicious.  Called the number again on another phone line and spoke to someone to place a claim on the charge and then asked to speak to someone in the fraud department.  The Fraud Department told me my initial call was never recorded and I asked how one call went into limbo and the other made it through. Still on hold for that answer and a new debit card.

Called x7 in a row concerning a chase fraud department. Robot voice saying authorization attempted at Walmart for like $281 dollar press one now. UH, NO. Locked card through app and no charges seen. Scammmmm

This phone number is connected to chase however there is a scam that filters the call through this chase number. If you receive a call from this number hang up and call the number on the back of your card. They will say they are chase and when you call the number it is chase but if they call you its fraudulent and being filtered as a chase number.
