They are not going to pay any vendors unless you force them by filing suit and going for a full disclosure.  There are still unresolved assets through equipment and aforementioned intellectual properties currently being employed by Darren Oliver through American Expense Analytics (AAE).

We only need about a 100 complaints to the FTC and they will take up the case.  We are well on our way to acheiving that number.  So do your part to bring these scammers to justice.

After ceasing business operations, Darren Oliver is still writting letters to clients demanding they pay him, yet he refuses to pay past commissions earned on recoveries acheived long before AmCorp went out of business.  He conveniently leaves the AmCorp name and his contact information off of his threatening letters.  Darren, pony up your address so we can write you threatening letters.  Be a man.

I just got a call from this number. A man identified himself as "Roger" and said he was with a company called SBS Global.  Asked the owner by name (as if he knows him). So glad I found this info.  This number goes in the trash!

Since Darren Oliver will not respond, I contacted Darren Oliver's wife to ask about owed commissions.  Shortly thereafter my spam filter received over 100 emails from different franchise brokers across the country.  What was interesting is the phone number "somebody" signed me up with was the number I purchased expressly for conducting AmCorp business (and cancelled about a year ago once I figured I had been scammed). Normally I would have ignored the emails, but it gave me the opportunity to warn franchise brokers across the country about American Expense Analytics and Darren Oliver's involvement as a paid consultant.

I am too the "Amcorp Mgmt money lost", I did post a message year ago for being cheated and was out $32K, plus another $7K for "marketing" fee, so please email me "sonyinla@yahoo.com" need more info about the class law suit because I am in serious debt from my previous "investments" to Amcorp. The lame legal notice posting from last year didn't derail the train did it?  I wonder who could have written such a thing?  

I am glad to hear and see that things are heating up again against Darren Oliver.  Keep up the good work (you know who I'm talking about) and never let up.  It may take months and even years, but we will get some satisfaction.  Some small battles are being won as we speak and larger ones are once again brewing.

Former TRG franchise holder here - stumbled across this site by accident. I thought this jerk (Oliver) was in the can. IRS shut him down once (2004) we had a fed suit filed against TRG, the Oliver brothers and B. Barber. Right before our court hearing we received notice they filed individual and corporate BK. Seems they (or most of them anyhow) are up to their old tricks.

Also, anyone looking for the contact information for the US Treasury Agent who paid my office an extensive 10-hour visit back in 2003, let me know!

Reading through some of these posts bring back some pretty bitter memories of dealing with the Olivers and Barber at TRG. Numerous "replies" have the Oliver thumbprint all over them - I still have all the Oliver/Barber communications from the TRG days - writing styles and condescending remarks are almost identical.

Where are the Oliver brothers (Darren & Darrel) NOW?  Hopefully they are in prison for scamming a lot of people out of their hard earned money.  I was also scammed.

Sara is a just as bad and so is Darryl and Dana. They are all a part of the scam and protect Darren for payoffs. Do the world a favor and every 3 or 4 months research all of these people and smoke them out. Rats always stick their little heads out of the hole from time to time. Call every partner you can when you find them and tell any boss who or what they hired. IF they have pastors find them and call them. They will not live forever so all we got to do is a little googeling a few times a year and make a couple calls from each victim. I think of it as a community service. THEY ARE ALL IN THIS TOGETHER!
Until they all come clean we will all dog them until their last days.

Darren Oliver has been located and the possibility exists he will be served in the near future.  There is a substantial group of people who are not letting this go and will continue to pursue legal actions until Darren Oliver is held accountable for the AmCorp Management scam.
