    Oliver scams replies to FX
If Amcorp is the nations leaders then will someone supply the list of agents in the company. Wouldn't they want this if they were so good at thier jobs. If Darren won't supply the list it's because the current list of 500 "supposed" people want his head. No one has ever been a success under Darren except his Brothers who share in the spoils.
Here's a novel idea Darren. Post all your happy agents and put this blog to rest. You should be well over 500 by now. Post just ten percent of them that have been with you for over a year and made at
least their money back. We will be waiting..... and waiting .............. and waiting.

What a big joke. You will never outrun your past now, go back to selling insurance.

Burned by AmCorp? replies to Dear burn victim
So long story short, there is no "class action lawsuit," there isn't really much of anything other than a scattered, barely literate group of anonymous people pissed off at AmCorp?  Not one solid url link?  No wonder they're still recruiting people and making money.

Sounds like all of you who are complaining about AmcorpManagement just have "buyers remorse".  Were you forced to sign up with AmcorpManagement?  Everyone loses money at times.  Get on with your lives!

Great White replies to Life goes on
Yes Darren tends to oversell both to investors of which I am one as well as to auditors a number of which I've spoken to HOWEVER the cost recovery expense analysis model is very legit and IF one works over time I beleive one can make money by helping small bus improve their cash flow. A lot of what I've read is BS. What did you expect $$$$ for 0 and your chicks for free. If so stop blaming the Olivers you are in the wrong business.

Buyers remorse... You are so smart, if only the thousands of us over the years that got scammed were so smart!
Amcorp and the Oliver gang LIE. They lie about lies then they print lies. Then they hire PR firms to lie more. Then the pull out the Bible and lie some more. That's when most of us buy. They have a good front game. Once someone buys and the excitment wears off and none of the lies come true and Darren is found to be an [***] you start to wish you had your money back. You know what? You are smart we all have buyers Remorse!
Have fun in all your toil....

    Funny one Darren Oliver
I looked into Amcorp and asked about all the bad press out there and many of the things I read on this blog. Darren just said that when someone is doing as good as he is people always cast stones. He said that lots of major companies have bad press on them or scam web sites. So I checked, Darren lies again. Even that is not true only about 2% and they deserve it just like these scammers. I never gave them a dime and am glad for it they're  crooks. The Olivers are big Scam artist, the whole lot of them lie Darryl too and rob people of hard earned money. This blog is all true straight up to all the AGs claims! I chased down every track I could find, do yourself and your family a favor and turn away.

Check BC Agents replies to lee
I would check BC agents and see how they like it. AmCorp Management is no relationship. If it was a scam, I'm sure there would be a lot of comments here

I understand that BC helps get you leads but for 20k, make sure you scan the Internet and find others and asked them first as you would do your diligence scouting out any brick and mortar company... you need to do your own research first.

Don't listen to all the comments on this blog. Many are lazy and just like throwing money away and then they finally realize it requires work. I would say to stay away from AmCorp Management as it's a Harvard textbook case of automating it all but then not growing fast enough to work on the actual submittals. Many regional directors have quit at this company and they lost about 39k each!

AmCorp Management did not have all the experience and had too few people, lost many of their audtitors, and it's just a classic case of mis-management and spending your money on yourself rather than put back in the company to insure growth.

That's the trouble with franchises- it all favors the franchisor. For instance, even brick and mortar franchises, especially food ones, struggle to survive but it's not the franchisor that is taking the risk, it's you and your money.

The classic case with McDonald's when they went on their buying back spree, as stated in their contract, they bought only the proven outfits of theirs and the ones that died off, they didn't care a hoot.

Franchisors are biased... make no mistake. Also, it's not really a franchise. It's an opp meaning you are not really able to use their name. Do your homework. It's your money and you worked hard for it. If they won't answer your questions or let you talk to happy clients, walk away and don't turn back.

    Pray for the Olivers
I had been a agency owner for a year and worked it real hard with several good partners we landed huge clients from all around and all Amcorp corp did was screw up the relationships. I made friends with many others from around the nation and still have those relationships today. My names is Darinsmith@inbox.com. I believe that what they do is live off the big fee like a couple of kings and try to make everyone fail as if it were their fault so they never actuall have to work. It's pretty sad that DO hides behind the Bible. He had the nerve to quote it a time or two to me and missed the qoute entirely. I knew then he was a faker. It's easy to see why he lost his first family. He should repent and return everyones money now. Darryl is the one who is in real danger. I believe he or at least his wife knows Jesus because the daughter they are raising really gets the meaning of Gods Word. She has a ministry of her own and our daughters follow her blogs. This may mean that Darryl knows the slope to hell he is playing on with his big brother. He and his families only way to repent is to quit and return as much money as they can. This scam is evil and changes need to be made at once. If it's not a purposfull scam than you two men are the worst businessmen I have ever met and need to quit before you destroy any more lives. I will be praying for you guys and all your victims until the Lord releases me. I'll encourage any other Christian in the group to do the same thing. I'm not afraid to share all my experiences with anyone. Email or call me anytime I'll tell what I learned. Darren and Darryl wake up before it's too late. You should be ashamed! Signed, Darin Smith

    Money Changers
Some of the agency owners, if they had invested that 40k in gold a year ago, would now have about 55k. It's a shame that some have invested so much without first doing their homework. If it sounded too good to be true, then it was. AmCorp Management had a good service but when your audtitors take off, you're screwed. Also, when your leadership team takes a hike, that doesn't help either. Again, it is a Harvard classic case of mismanagement with good intentions.

AmCorp - File a Complaint with the FTC
If you feel like I feel about losing money with AmCorp Management and the false advertising and misrepresentations that have been made, then take a little time and file a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission.  I have.  It doesn't take long and without it more good people like you and me will continue to lose money. I don't know about you but I worked hard for my money. Here is the link to the Federal Trade Commissions website.  Filing a complaint is easy to do and you will be doing your part to put a stop to this.

    https://www.ftccomplaintassistant.gov/

You will need to click on the brown box on the upper right side that says FTC Complaint Assistant.  It will take you step by step through the process.  While the FTC doesn't investigate every complaint, if enough voices stand up to be heard they may just listen.

    Truth
There is a note on the bottom of this form where you write a response.   It says:

"Please watch your language and post only truthful information."

I don't know about everything in this thread being discussed,  I am responding to the comments made with AmCorp.

There is a ton of gossip, slander and half-truths going on in this thread.

Yes, they did have issues with a few of their previous auditors.   The present auditors they are now working with have been great.  Yes, there have been some problems, all companies have problems on varying levels.

However in no way shape or form is Amcorp a scam.   If you signed on with AmCorp, you should have signed a contract.  Please read your contract.  AmCorp is a legitimate business.

Why is it that if people who make investments in a legitimate business opportunity, and things don't go their way, all of a sudden a company is labled a 'scam'.  This happens with franchises of all natures.

It is easy to lay blame on one person or company when things don't go your way.   Has anyone who is labeling AmCorp as a scam looked into why things happen a certain way.

There are a number of reasons things happen.   Don't be ignorant and write it off as a scam.

Dear Truth,   this sure sounds like something Darren Oliver would write.  BE REAL!  I could have gone to work for another firm doing the same thing for no investment and worked for commissions.  I feel sorry for you because YOU are the one who has to answer to God.  My conscience is clear.  TH

    Being Real:

You are right - it sounds like Darren - but it can't be ! There are no misspelled words!
(Maybe Daryle wrote it for him?). You can pretty much find all of his anonymous responses threwout the site - same ol' crap each time. Maybe we should start a contest to see who can find the most?

I think these guys could ( and probaly have - or soon will!) pass a lie dectector test.
Thay actualy believe they have a real company  - or have forced  themselves to believe it.
Sad for everybody. It's actually a ligitimate industry - just full of jerks like these guys who give it a bad name.

The Olivers will soon be "olive oil" - crushed by their own greed and stupidity!

Money Changers replies to Life goes on
Do your homework first. There's something to be said about checking with others in the field to make sure that they are making money, preferably after they been in it for one year or more. If they worked hard and made no money, then you know there is a problem.

Your caught. The world is wise to your dealings. Stop all the games and repent. Every service you offer and charge for can be found for free. Dozens of agencies pay nice finders fees. You fill peoples heads with lies and send them home with brochures filled with more lies. People trusted you guys and them go back to their hometowns and try to sell your lies and blow the reputations they worked years to build. Anyone thinking of joining, you have been warned! IT'S A SCAM!
