Well they just started with me today and 3 calls in one hour already!!  This is a debt collector that purchases OLD accounts that are not legally collectable any more (way past the time they have to collect)  Send them a cease and desist letter via certified mail and they will stop.  Example:

You are hereby notified that if you do not comply with this request, I will immediately file a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission and the Minnesota Attorney General’s office. Civil and criminal claims will be pursued.

Bill - wow - how up is that high horse you ride on?  

Good people have fallen on hard times due to the faltering economy.  If they had the money they would pay their bills.  End of story.

Your condescending manner and lack of empathy seem to have no bounds.  My guess is you don’t have a lot of friends….
