This number has called 7 times since Saturday - it is now Tuesday morn at 8:06 & they've called again. I have a perfect credit score so I know they aren't looking for me.  I now consider this harassment.  No one ever says anything.  I hate these annoying calls.

Calls all the hours of the day. Leaves no msgs. When I call the number back no one answers. THAT CONSTITUTES HARASSMENT! KNOCK IT OFF ALREADY! GUESS I'LL HAVE TO REPORT TO STATE ATTORNEY GENERAL'S OFFICE!!!STUPID F WORD F'S!

I got a call from this company this afternoon.  11/3/2015.  I have a device called T-Block from Amazon.com that will block up to 1200 of these types of callers on a house line.  You can set it for individual numbers or for All Unavailable numbers, area codes or to block outgoing calls.  You must have caller ID to use this device.  Less than $40.00 Love it.

Please make these stop.............last call was 9:31 this morning...............woke me up

Only 3  people from my famly have y number and its recently put...They asked for my complete name, then hung up

if I answer they are looking for some foreign named individual
I have had same number for several decades bought house new = no one here ever by that name

There number showed up on my TV.  I don't have my house phone connected.  We only use cell phones and if I don't recognize the # I don't answer the call.  I then look the number up and take action accordingly.  I'm not going to deal with these idiots.

I get calls 3-5 times a days,,even waking me up,,,this needs to stop...

Called for basically anyone with the last name Davis, thank goodness that is not a common last name

They called me and within seconds I knew they were just fishing for information. When I said I didn't have any unpaid debt, and I requested they send me a copy/proof of the unpaid account, they asked for my address so they could send it.

I shouted into the phone "IF YOU WERE LEGITIMATE YOU'D ALREADY HAVE THAT INFORMATION" and hung up.

These scammers are on a fishing expedition because some people do give them information. They might even be identity thieves disguised as debt collectors. Happens all the time.

These crooks are too stupid to figure out that when you anger people and when you call them and disturb them or wake them up they aren't going to be sending you money even if they have an unpaid debt.  They piss people off and expect to get a check out of them.  Stupid is as stupid does.

Ongoing. After numerous complaints, joining a suit, and enjoying the issuance of a CFPB order to cease and desist their harassing calls based on shady (or no) information, AND ordering the execs on every level to pass the order down to comply, this company paused a few days (as reflected by phone logs) and then came back exactly as before, except their caller ID now says "Unavailable" or "Unknown" rather than Midland. But it's their #. (So clever!)  They've now ratcheted it up here, several calls per day, night, and weekend, to my do-not-call listed, private number. I owe no debts and have no relationship with this company. They do not comply with even a Federal order, even after being fined millions of dollars and ordered to stop. This is one of the very top law-breakers in the U.S. but uses its wealth (from ill-gotten data and harassment) to evade any consequences.

Harassment is this company's very business model. And they are NOT stopping, therefore its victims need to complain to the CFPB (unless actually evading an uncollected debt, of course). Complain (your complaint will be acknowledged and followed up) and log each and every call. The deadline for compliance has now expired but their law-breaking and failure to comply with a powerful and clear order continue on. And on. And on.

PLEASE REPORT TO "DO NOT CALL" VIOLATIONS AUTHORITIES IN YOUR STATE  if applicable. AND...

REPORT TO CFPB - who actually listens and follows up on complaints about such sleaze as this.

This company is so relentless they call every 2 hours, 5 times a minute - and the number was NEW to me.  I owe nothing - and certainly do NOT have to put up with their harassment.  Well  - I had to change my number several times before I figured out how tele-marketers kept getting my numbers.  It was my friends & family - unknowingly, they sold me out.  Every time I got a new number they put it in their cell phones... and in a few days telemarketers begin their reign of terror.  You see - the problem wasn't actually that they sold my info - they gave it away, by agreeing to the permissions "requirements" of some silly app they downloaded, the permissions the apps require have access to their contacts, phone calls, camera, etc...  So here I am with a pristine new number and blissful quite... I'm sure it won't stay this way for long as those apps have access to every phone call they make or receive, and that data is GOLD for the telemarketers - as it's a guaranteed valid number that a person will utilize.  So while the app is "free" ...  it's us that pay the price for their lack of morals, selling our information to the tele-terrorists.  Thanks Friends & family Phone-zombies.

I received a call from this number 8:23 AM today Saturday, November 6 they left no message by Colorado D showed number I have a phone blocker that I bought from Amazon.com it is probably the best investment I've made it knocks it out all Robocop and nonsense calls like this I don't owe them any money. I like to increase posted above where charges in South against them for fraud and I would love to send him a card in prison saying you messed up dude. Like I said I don't know them any money and I wish they would quit calling here.

I receive calls from this number about 15 times a day. It is very annoying

Constant calls, weekends, evenings.

They call every Saturday morning around 8:00 am, as if they are waking us up or something. I have the ringer on 'off ', but when we get up at 9:00 am, I can see on the ID caller that they called again... at 8:00. Every Saturday morning. Thinking I'll get mad and answer the phone screaming, which is what they want.... aside from money. Low-life's not getting either.

These sickos totally enjoy it when people answer and get all pissed off and shout or argue with them. That's how they get a rise out of you. Not giving them what they want... ha-ha LOL. Will not answer and get into the drama with them.
