had a chinese accent wanted to speak to unknown person name with no information whats so ever about the reason wear but makes you wonder bad things or fraud asking for money

I got five calls from them today. I am not in debt. So, I called them to ask them to stop calling me. They don't care.  So, I started calling them repeatedly by hitting the redial button. I told them I was going to keep calling them til stop calling me. It gets funny after awhile.  I redialed them 35 times.

Recording said it was SCE trying to give me an extension before my electric is turned off.  A foreigner gets on the phone trying to get bank info to pay my SCE acct that was over due.  I hung up and called SCE.  They never called me.  SCAM ALERT

They're now calling under an unknown number and giving this as a call back. The message says they need to deliver a certified package. Yeah, I'm pretty sure most legit certified deliveries will come to the door and if they do call they give the name of the service!
