I agree....they won't stop calling, won't take you off the list. Keeping records would be great...if more was done to go after people like this.
Problem being......they're breaking the law by calling you. They don't care if they're bothering you.
I had a collector calling me....claiming I owed a credit card bill from the 90's last year...

Have received several calls from them over the last month, they have a made up SSN and acct number.SCAM

Report it to FTC -Federal Trade Commission.  This is per FCC  instructions.

Just got a call.  11:16 a.m. 5/11/16.  No message left.  Ignored call based on previous posts.  Thanks.

Missed this call, found it on my phone when I finished breakfast.  They didn't leave a message.  Will add them to my "do not answer" list.

They are calling my cellphone for some reason. I don't even give out that number to anyone so they must be robocalling. My callblocker stopped it automatically. You think they'd have something better to do than call random numbers.

I've also received calls from this number from a Mr. Collins.  I have not returned the call.  His voicemail to me states I should call back immediately or have my legal team contact him.  I have no idea what this is about.  His voicemail says he is calling from ADS & Associates.  Sounds like a scam!

I let someone use my phone because they're on welfare and have no phone, to call a number re: a debt, that debt was paid in full to them, and a letter stating so.  Now…my phone no. is called everyday all day & night even tho I wrote them that the person does not reside here.

1-866-580-4780; Receive several calls today about a debt from 2001 of $500.00.  This debt has reach/exceeded the statue of limitation. They won’t stop calling from several different numbers .

Go to your cell phone provider website and you can block them permentlly.  When they call it will say this person is not excepted phone calls from your number or at this time

I did not answer a call from an unknown number. Caller ID was blank. They did not leave a message. Probably a spam call. Blocked.

These jerks have called me 5-6 times in the past two days, as early as 8:15am each day including Sunday. I don't have any debt. My credit score is in the 800s. I've always paid every single bill in full and on time. Never had any financial issues, period.

I know there is a strategy to dealing with these fraudsters (report to FTC, report to state AG, report to CFPB) but I will eventually have to answer and demand they send validation of the debt and to stop calling. Before I do that I have to make sure I understand all the steps I need to take in what order. For example I also need to send a certified letter telling this company to f*** off and stop calling me. I'm not sure if I should do that first or do that after I answer one of their annoying calls.

They are still using this same number, they have several !!
