- Not Scot| 1 replyZombie debt collector called looking for someone else at 8:30 on a Sunday morning. Nooooooooooo.
- Caller: Zombie debt collector
- Call type: Debt collector
- BigA replies to Not ScotThe name of the company is Midland Credit management. Read all about them on page 24 and then use the links in them to report them. Also read Tamianth 's above post.
- Rochelle Collins| 1 replyStop calling me
- Caller: No name
- CWG40 replies to nettie brantNo one at this site is calling you. INvest in a call blocker and do not pick up on numbers you do not recognize.
- Ivy| 2 repliesI thought Sunday was off limits for these crank calls. I never answer any call I do not recognize, so I never picked it up, but judging from other people's experience it is a debt collector agency trying to collect non existent debt'. I requested a 'no call' from these [***]. But apparently nothing helps.
- Tamianth replies to Rochelle Collins
- Tamianth replies to IvyDo a search on call blocking devices and phones. And DC's do not fall under the DNC, they fall under the FCRA/FDCPA/TCPA laws. And nope, there only time stipulations (8AM -9 pm) unless it happens to be a state law of some kind.

You must send it in writing, preferably certified, return receipt so that you can prove they received it.
