I get several calls a day from this number, but no one answers. I put call blocking on (Panasonic cordless) but still rings once, which is still annoying. Thanks to others on this site for the heads up on these people.

This number calls our phone all the time, it just beeps and does nothing else can't call it back it calls three to four times a day

Two calls in the same day, 2/9/2016, no message. I only have a cell phone, no landline, and it allows me to easily block calls in my recent call history. So that's what I did.

Called saying I owed money.  I DO NOT!

I have a Panasonic too, but if you go to "initial settings" select, scroll to "call block" select then push "menu" scroll to "first ring" select  scroll to "off"  and save, the block calls will not ring at all.

This number shows up 11 times on my Caller ID in the last week.

Received a call telling me I owed a debt of $7900.00 through Bank of America.  I have never had a Bank of America credit card.  She asked if I lived in Muskogee, OK which I never have.  She then asked me for the last 4 digits of my SS which I would not give her.  She then quoted off 4 digits which were not mine.  I told I knew it was a scam and would be reporting her.

Apparently something worked, because they have stopped calling.  They responded to the CFPB with "can't find the number in our database," nonsense.  However, my certified "cease and desist" letter hit about the same time the CFPB complaint hit them, so all of a sudden they were able to find my phone number and they have stopped calling.  I did notify my state's AG - they contacted me and requested I let them know if Midland started calling again.  I said I would.  Right now, everything is quiet.

Calling my eldery moms cell phone, which I bought & buy minutes for. Unacceptable, she doesn't owe these scums. Whomsoever had this # before maybe, but not her. The phone is a very simple phone (so she can operate it), I didn't even set up voice mail & there's no way on this phone to block callers. She's 85 and I consider this elder abuse, she don't sleep at night & they constantly call in the mornings waking her. This phone is just for her to call her children & make long distance calls. Sorry all I just needed to vent. I hope they stop them, obviously they escaped the lawsuit (pg 1), or they wouldn't still be calling. Maybe it's some other company faking the number. No voice mail means no messages. Maybe better off that way, otherwise they might scam her for money she doesn't owe. Peace out people.

Ive been getting a cal from this number for a few weeks. When it first started a Mark was talking and said this was his direct line. Said he was a coworker of a Patrick Collins that was calling me from a 855-764-8941 number trying to get $500 from me. The funny thing is that Mark sounds alot like Patrick trying to make his voice sound different. The payday loan Patrick was calling about i called the company itself and got that taken care of. Patrick still tried calling and i told him i got it handled and stop calling. He finally stopped but then Mark called. I called him back and was trying to tell him i got it covered and he wouldnt listen so i screamed at him to let me speak and he got mad at me and told me to never call his office back. Bu guess what? He keeps calling ME! Today i tried calling the number back and instead of going to him i got the recording. These people are very rude.

I receive calls from this number numerous times a day. I do not ever answer calls that come up with an unknown name and they never leave a message for me to return the call. It is very annoying.

I receive this call several times/day.  I have it blocked on my cell and can see when they call but they rarely leave a message.  They have also called my parents # as well as my brother-n-law.  Like several of you, good credit, no debt to doctors, loans, etc.  They call my parents house as many times as they call my phone.  My parents are elderly and they would call me every time these people called them bc they were afraid something had happened bc they sounded so threatening.

Got lether about class action against this company where when they called me previous and I was one of the ones that were treated incorrectly....it was from a US Court proceeding that had been filed against as class action...said funds to be re-paid. Checked it out and was valaid. Hope more people file cause even after that arrived I got another call from them.

I blocked the number from my cell after number phone calls and no messages. Looked them up to see they are in fact a scam company. Now hearing that they are calling a place I used to live.

Midland are collectors for Capital One.  Had a card years ago with a minimum credit balance, they added some kind of insurance which was added as a percentage to my balance.  I never signed up for it and they would not remove it.  So I told Cap One to charge my small balance off.  I wasn't going to pay it until they removed it.  Midland is horrible!  they are actually involved in a lawsuit now for their practices.

Goodness....41 pages of complaints....i just got called from this number. They were looking for a Ruthie but that's not my name. I told them and he got mad saying that a Ruthie something-or-other called them from my number. Not sure why there were calling in the first place.

I get calls once every few days from 1 (866) 580-4780.  I never answer.  Never a message.  I wish they would stop.
