CALL REGARDING AN IMPORTANT BUSINESS MATTER AND THEY WANT YOU TO CALL 866-593-3926

I receive calls almost daily from this number.  They claim to be Macy's and want to discuss a "personal business matter."
I suspect it is not.

I did not answer the call, but it has been going on for two weeks non stop, googled nbr and found this page, they never leave message-blocked now

Macys Bloomies call is quite annoying.  I hope someone will block their numbers, because every time a block a number, another one comes through with the same name.  513-754-9852, 727-556-5492, 513-573-8038, 513-754-9822, 513-754-9841, 866-593-3926 (MACYSBLMINGD).

Got a call from this number 866-593-3926 around 8:20am.  Didn't pick up.  I usually don't answer unknown numbers.  I looked it up on Google.  Voila, it's a scam.  I added it in my "DON'T ANSWER IT" List that I made and hang it next to the phone.

I receive phone calls from this number 2 or 3 time everyday.

Just got a vm from 800-947-6229 saying it was from Bloomingdales regarding a personal business matter and to call back 866-593-3926, lol I have never even shopped there nor had their card or an affiliate card- scam

The recording says it's Bloomingdales/ Macys and a personal business matter.

It's a scam. DON'T volunteer any information at all. Report to the authorities immediately.

Spam saying Macy’s Card

Said my Macy Amex is overdue & would I like to make a payment. Scam alert. I don’t have Macy’s Amex.

I see these messages are from years ago and I just got the called today 10/13/2021.  I started to dial the number and then thought, no way this is a scam.  Macy's would not call me like this and say call them back.  They would call and talk to you.  I hate scammers!!!

A lady with a wiard accent called from this number saying she is calling from City bank Macys and Bloomingdale’s and that I have a debt of 175 dollars where I don’t because I recently paid my Macys card leaving it a  0 balance. I made her repeat herself with my doubtful voice and I told her again from where??? Then I asked her is this fraud? This sounds like fraud, I don’t have a balance with Macys. She goes on, no mam. I hung up on her and she never called back.

They keep calling giving me their name only but refuse to identify who they work for, so I just hanged up. No how i handle have my debt consolidation settlement. If you don't identify,  I won't either!

I received a called and she said its business matter and then I googled while talking to her and it’s showing these comments i and said you called the wrong number.

Called looking for me. They told me I missed a payment date on my Macys card. Did I want to make a 64 dollar payment using the bank account on file and gave me my last four numbers of my account. I asked what the due date was on the late payment, they said 8/14. I don’t owe anything with that due date. I know all my due dates. I hung up. I’m calling to report it to Macys.

Received a phone call, woman asked me to verify my identity. I asked her where she was calling from, and she said she was unable to tell me that until I verified my identity, but that it was "regarding a personal business matter for [my full name]". I told her "Sorry but I can't verify who I am until you verify who you are." Then silence, so I hung up.
