They leave an extension 4071356. I call it and says it is invalid.

I am house sitting for my Parents for a few months, the 3 866- 526-7794 appears on their ph. as many as 6 times a day as late as 9.00pm. I have phoned the # back as they leave no message identify themselves as Icor Canada. will not even tell me what business they are my Parents also are in their late 70's and I know they do not owe any one money, the person i spoke to said my Dad had to call and identify himself they are out of the country ,obviously they have no common sense as they say they are not able to stop the calls HELP it is very annoying

I have an unlisted# & these people have been calling looking for someone I don't know. I am also getting tons of calls from telemarketers. I discovered something very interesting & would like to share it. I live in Ontario so this would be Bell Canada....the telemarketers that call ask for me by my first initial (never my full 1st name)but use my last name (eg. B Smith)I had a call from a telemarketer last night & asked for B. Smith I said, speaking. He started blah blah..once he id'd the company he was with (an insurance co..flyers come in the mail & throw them out) I cut him off & asked him what my first name was & how he got my # when it was unlisted. He could not get off my phone fast enough. I was so mad!!! Anyhow I went to organize my bills to pay at the bank in the am & guess what?? the only bill in my name that uses my first initial only rather than my full 1st name??? my Bell Canada bill!!!!!!!! Oh am I livid....they sold my info to telemarketers....there is no other explanation for it....this especially pisses me off because I pay more to have an unlisted number...I believe someone on the inside at Bell is making some extra money on the side selling our phone#'s

I have been being harrassed by these people for several months now!  They just do not get it that they may be making a mistake!  Calls 4 and 5 times a day!  Totally unacceptable!!!  They refuse to provide proof that there is a legitimate reason for their call!

I get at least 4 to 6 calls a day from 1-866-526-7793, and they introduce themselves as calling from Icor Canada.  They ask for my husband and when I ask what they want, they hang up.  No message, no good bye!  They must have several 800 numbers.  How do you stop something like this?  It must be coming from a foreign country as when my answering machine clicks on, they wait until the message is finished and then say, "Hello, hello", and then hang up. Obviously, for their own statistics, they need to make a connection with the party dialed (and not disconnect when they hear a machine)  Maybe they are paid by how many successful connections they make and that is why they repeatedly call when they know nobody is going to be available to actually talk to them about whatever they are calling about.  If they are really calling about anything specific!  You can't get any info or details from them!  It's crazy!  LOL

Sometimes they answer with ICOR and sometimes they just say 'hello' - getting a little
frustrated maybe?  Hope so.  I don't talk to them, I just wait for them to hang up and redial again!  Sweet revenge!

received a call this morning from a Dolly @ 1-866-601-0030 asking for a former employee and apparently cut her off when I asked where she was call from and she was rather rude saying mam would you let me finish.  I said go ahead please finish only to find out she had hung up on  me.  Poor business practices if you ask me.  I called back the number to find out it was Icor Limited Canada

Ils se font probablement passer pour une agence de recouvrement...je ne dois rien à personne.. alors pourquoi m'appelle t-il si c'est une agence de recouvrement...Je pense qu'ils cherchent vraiment à avoir des renseignements personnels pour en faire quoi??? mais soyons vigileant et ne confirmez aucuns détails de votre identité si vous n'êtes pas certain de savoir qui s'adresse à vous. Y'a quand même des limites...Ils m'ont appeller une fois en laissant un numéro a rappeler en disant que c'était urgent, lors de mon appel on ma mise en attente..j'ai rappelé car je trouvais cela long et la ils m'ont dit encore attendre et j'ai demandeé ou j'appelais et ils m'ont répondu ICOR CANADA sans vouloir me dire c'était quoi cette compagnie et ma dit que c'est la personne qui m'avait appeler qui me dirait pourquoi et avec une voix un peu agressive ma dit d'attendre alors j'ai raccroché...le lendemain, la personne un gars ma rapellé et a commencé à me demander mon nom et confirmer ma date de naissance et mon adresse, la avant de poursuivre,je lui ai demandé pourquoi il m'appelait, il m'a dit qu'il devait confirmer mon identité avant de me le dire, je n'étais pas d'accord, le ton a monté et il a menacé d'être chez moi le lendemain matin...si je reçois encore cela..je vais essayer de déposer une plainte à la police...FAITE ATTENTION

they phone at least twice a day looking for Vicki.I told them not to call again but they won't listen.

A fellow with a South African accent that went by the name of "Mark" called from this number said he's with Bank of Montreal Master Card Collections.

I recently moved and got a new phone numer. I get a call from ICOR Canada every day. Every day, sometimes twice a day the auto system leaves voice mail saying its very important I call back. At first I let it go. Then they called while I was at home. On 3 separate occasions I explained my situation and that they had the wrong number. I asked them to remove it fromt their file. This was 3 different people I spoke with. They continue to call. One lady all but accused me of lying. I asked to speak to a department manager and was put through to voice mail that said it was for Mr & Mrs. White? WTF? I left a message any way. It was never returned and they continue to call. Not only is this bordering on harrasement its plain stupid on their part. If someone owes money they are never going to get that money by calling the wrong number.

They call so frequently I do not keep track. I finally called back on Monday Nov 9, 2009 to inquire what they are. They ask for your phone number. If they have call display then they would not need to ask you for the number. They say you owe money to Rogers. Since I do not owe Rogers anything (i.e. my balance is NEGATIVE for one more month) I know they are a SCAM. My solution. I put Do Not Call as their name in my Call Display Phone. It is not worth paying another $4 on my monthly telephone bill. Enjoy the day. They left another message on Nov 11th.

I have started getting calls from this numberwith the same message...that I need to call back before 11:00 a.m. Truly annoying, I have not and will not call them back after reading the messages above.

rec'd a call Dec 28 2009. This is unacceptable. Call this ICOR @ 1-866-601-0030 immediately. I checked on line to se what ICOR is and got this web site. Glad I did. I know I don't owe anyone anything so I will be ignoring this call from now on and if it persists, I will get the number cut off by Ma Bell.

i got a call from icor about a account she had my credit info and had pulled my credit history can they legally do this i thought i had to allow them she is the most annoying person i have had the displeasure to talk to and now she is saying that the company i owe money to is going to sue me for the money so why havn;t they already and why is she phoneing me if they are going to sue.  I couldn't even understand this lady she was so rude can they do this does any one anything about this icore they are located in toronto?

Icor has been calling my "unlisted" number for over 7 months.  They say it is regarding a payment owed to Rogers from 2001!  Don't they know the statute of limitations? I have a lawyer friend who is going to write to them to stop harassing me or he is going to take them to small claims court.
They shouldn't even be able to get my number.  When I did call back once they asked me for my address and when I said forget it the girl got very snarky and I just hung up.

Do not take calls from this number...................they asked for my daughter by name and all they could tell me was my daughter (who has owes no one any money) must call back it is of the utmost importance....something to do with the Bank of Montreal.   When I told them that I know for a fact that she has no dealings with them all he could say was that he was pretty sure she did and I must have her call..............................Bull S***.....First of all she does not live here, been on her own for over 10years, so I want them to stop harrassing me ...fat chance of that happening and I will not give out her number or res.............This seems to happen every year and goes on for about 3months then stops for about 6 months.................then it restarts all over again.  When it originally started about 5yrs ago she did call back and was told she owed money to some outfit when she did not, she tried to find out more info and could not and was not about to send money off to some smuck just to stop calls to my home phone.  (I am with her on this one).  It is sick that I have to pay for a phone and then have to monitor all incoming calls, I am now at the point where all calls are screen throught the answering service unless I recognize the number.....................................Was caught off guard this morning as they woke me up and I just grabbed the phone thinking it was someone else.
