- Julia Acalled left a voice mail to call 866-607-3223 and to have reference number 110003 with me. when called i asked what was the name of the company, and the guy said that it was federal student aid. I told him i got a voicemail from saying to call this number with a reference number and wanted to verify as this was not who i have student loans with. the guy asked what questions I had as I was only making statements. I again repeated I wanted to see who they were and what information they claimed they needed because this was not my company for student loans and the guy hung up on me.
