Received same from Shirley Bates w/same ref #110003 and callback #866-607-3223. Called spoke with a man who said, oh Shirley called you. Was regarding fed student loans, that there were recent changes for paying back. Asked how much my loans were, under $2,000 or more than $10,000. Wouldn't say who they were.

Message left on machine from a Shirley Bates. Called back and got a recording. Said as of 7/2019 all applicants must have a federal student aid ID number to apply for dept of educ assistance programs. Then prompted to press 1 if  no student loans or under $10,000, over $10,000 press 2, still in school press 3, or press 9 to be removed from future communication.

Call my student loan company and they said they would not call me. It was a 3rd party call. The name left was Shirley Bates. Scammers!
