Jst got a call from them too. I knew it was a scam right away because it was an 866 number but didnt realize they put in so much work! Jeez!!

Got a voicemail from Neil Smith? Heavy Indian like accent, that said ' this is an urgent call for .... Hi this is Neil smith (as how I understand his name was) I am a director for expo talent? That he got my info from a talent agency that I am interested in modeling or acting? Hahaha I did remembered signing up but not expo and it was for my husband not myself.
Anyway I thought I google first before I call them . I don't answer toll free numbers or number not on my phone book :) hope these scammers stop. Have not received scam calls for more than two years now,since we changed number and provider,now they are starting to call people on cellphone. I'm not calling them back. Be careful Xmas time they are coming out to scam people.tc

Got a call from thisw number from a Bruce something or other, he left me a voicemail which is pretty brave of them. I know what website it is and how they got my info its from Exploretalent.com, i was silly enough to sign up. He sounded eastern european or arab like a smokers voice too very raspy. Said he was the creative director. Didnt say what the job was other than a modeling gig and if im interested to call back. I wont be because I have read alot about this company, they just want your money, they are not there for the aspiring anything.

ha i'm glad i decided to look up the number as soon as i got the call. i never signed up for any acting/modeling website. i was way confused and all he said was there was a photoshoot for a clothing line and the acting would pay 300 a day... i was just like uhhh..... i dont remember signing up for anything can you call back tomorrow. and he said sure and hung up.

Yeah, I just received a call from this number, but didn't answer it considering it wasn't in my area code and probably a survey call. But when they left a message I knew something was weird! I could hardly understand the she-man's accent, but he said that hey received my "profile package," and was looking at my "handsome photo." Well, after THAT I knew immediately that this had to be a prank call from my friend or something. But I didn't know for sure since I recently applied for college and all that, and sent applications EVERYWHERE. But luckily I looked up this suspicious number instead of calling them back! Haha, it's so funny reading all of these other stories!!
P.S. From my experience, it's always better to MEET with these people! And DONT send them money!! A legit Agency only gets paid when YOU get paid!

She is 18 but as long as i was willing to consent for her they were going to take it, even though she is an adult! they wanted money to submit her to a casting call for a film or modeling. . they saidey called once and i didnt say anything, then they called back and transferred me to some guy he said his name was Zack said 6 month representation was 120.00 dollars and 12 month representation was 200. tis is for them tosubmit my daughters profile with touch ups. no contracts or bonds. all the money she made she would pocket as long as we paid them this money, it was basically authorizing them to work on her profile and submit it it to casting calls for her. the auditions were to be in Kansas City Mo and the casting was closing in 30 minutes this is at 5pm when they called. He e also sad he doesnt work on Saturdays but wanted to get my daughters profile submitted because she was perfect for the part- mind you she has no prior experience so how does he know she was perfect for the part? she was going to earn up to 2000.00 a day but then he said 809 a day for acting and 509 for modeling. i say scam scam scam!

Got a call from some guy call ADAM SMITH..... I couldn't pick the phone up but when I heard the voice mail I Google him, which let me to this. Thank you!

My call was from Alan,a creative director, with a heavy accent. He told me he got my information on Explore Talent. I did have a profile on that site, but everything was deleted. So, I don't know how he got my number. Also, during the call there was a lot of background noise, like three or more people were talking.

I talked to some Taxi Driver sounding dude on the phone for 30 minutes. he called me, i said i was at work and would call him back. so i did, suprisingly he answered (odd). so we end up talking, i thought it was for the MTV RealWorld casting so i was really excited and then come to find out it was for some movie being directed or produced by some guy that did the James Bond movies. anyways, said i would have business cards made for me that i would take on to the sets. said i would have a supporting role in the movie make $300 everyday they were filming, said i had to agree with either casting in the movie for 6months or 12months. $120 for 6, $200 for 12. then i told him i wasn't too sure and he got all pissed off and said i wasnt his time and hung-up......NO MONEY FOR YOU B****!! I think his name was Charles.

I got a call from this number. talking about a creative designer. haha i mean it was totally a scam. They wanted $120 from me to begin with. so stupid. total waste of time! but yeah don't trust them

I got a call from this number, said his name was Bruce. He said he couldn't tell me anything about the part because it was confidential until I updated my profile, which would have costed anywhere from 70-120. I told him you can look at my facebook. I figured since they wouldn't tell me anything about it, it must have been a scam. If you're talented, you don't pay to be discovered. Now they won't quit calling. :/

I keep getting this call as well. And from 2 different numbers. They are asking for my daughter though. And I can swear on a stack of Bibles (if that was not a sin to do) that neither of us have ever even thought about modeling or movies. I have no idea of where they got my phone number nor our names. I am tired of getting these and other calls so I am changing my number tomorrow.

Got a voicemail, because I didn't answer it, saying his name was Richard Brown from Explore Talent. He said he was a creative director and I had been selected for a Justin Timberlake movie, some international modeling shoots, music videos, and tv commercials, just by looking at a few pictures of me. You could barely understand anything he was saying, except for the background noise of a lot of people talking behind or beside him. I've worked at multiple call centers before and it definitely sounded like a call center environment with everyone calling numbers and saying they're creative directors from some blah blah agency. Trust me, this guy's name was NOT Richard Brown. He had to be from the Middle East somewhere. Be careful out there guys! Hope this helps!

I just got a call from this number too but I didn't undesrtand wht the guy said so I guess it was for a casting in my area but my message got erased by accident so itw a good thing I guess
