- joe the plumbersame scheme as the others said....funny thing is, I did send an important fedex package out the night before, and I thought there was a problem with it, so I took the call....I was a bit confused when they tried to sell me soap!

- CarlyKatie Sommers called, left a message and said that she needed to confirm my FedEx package delivery just like all the other comments read. However, before calling back I Googled the phone number and ran across this website. I called back to see what the scam was and it was a guy named Bob. Bob asked my name and said, "yeah, I have your file right here. What city and state are you in?" (If he had my file right there, wouldn't he know that?) I told him Vancouver, Wa and he said that I had a Mariners t-shirt on the way to me. I stopped him right there and told him I don't want any part of that and he hung up on me. It didn't get far enough to hear was he was selling. Thank you everyone for the info!
- receptionReceived call from 866-620-5479 and they were looking for us to respond about a FedEx package they had for us. They were waiting for our okay to send off. It was not an order we placed or requested. When attempted to call back the company name was not announced and my call was eventually dropped.
It's definitely some type of scam...- Caller: RCS Sports
- I got the messageSadly, I returned the call. Mellissa answered and while she was looking up my info _ "I gave her my name ughhhh" she was making small talk about the weather. She said she was in Florida.
As soon as the upbeat flirty small talk startwed I said "is there REALLY a fedex package for me?" She said I am looking for that right now. Then I got hung up on.
I hope they dont just send cleaning supplies or some such nonsence and say "Joe in Accounting" ordered them.- Caller: RCS

- GabGot the same call from Katie. Fed -ex claim. I called back and they told me they are part of IPC Global Solutions USA Toll-Free Tel: 800.225.8636
They have a web site. Sells auto filters cleaners etc. The only way they got my number is from Summit. We order parts for our 70 Camaro. Checking to see if that may be the link here.- Caller: rcs--ipc global solutions

- tcall from katie summers about fed ex package. Called back. no answer and line drops and goes busy. She seems to be quite the busy sales rep.
- AdamKatie Summers from RCS Sports called again and was calling to confirm delivery of Fed-ex package today. Never ordered anything. Second call in last two weeks. We didn't get it last week and definitely don't want any thing they are offering. Scam.

- GeorgeDitto all of the other reports. Since the caller id said "unknown" I let the call go to voice mail. THen I returned the call . . . Katie from RCS Sports, etc. etc. Call got cut off in mid-sentence. Very much sounds like a big scam.

- Sales GuyI too got a call for a FedEx package delivery. Tried the # a few times and gave up. I hope Kate isn't getting paid for "connections"
- DeanJust like the other Katie from RTS sports management called me and ask me to call her back at 866-620-5479 about a priority package from FedEx. So I called.
A gal named Valarie answered the phone and told me that she is taking Katie's place. I told her my name was William Settles (not true). She immediately started into trying to sell me cleaning supplies. I told her I work for a company that develpoes high end computer software to track fraud in the consumer market (also not true). Silence. Then I told her that all our purchasing is approved by federal government law enforcement and since they were calling me about an order I had placed I would give her information to them. She hung up immediately. Funny.- Caller: RTS Sports

- Maggie| 1 replyGot this same call into our Kansas City, MO office. I was calling back to check on this, as one of our project managers received the initial call. "Katie" left a message asking him to call back about the delivery status of a FedEx package and identified the company as RCS Sports. I called back and a guy answered the phone. When I asked for "Katie", he told me that he was taking calls for her. When he asked who was calling, I told him the name of our company. He was confused because he was expecting to speak with a guy who is no longer with our company. He then asked that this guy (who is no longer with our company) call back at a laer time because there was "a lot of commotion going on" in the office. He then hung up. I knew something was up because the gentleman he was asking for hadn't been here for some time, so I looked up "RCS Sports" and "Katie Summers" in Google, and thank goodness, this page came up! Had I know before hand, I would have never called back! Thank you all so much for using this site...It has been so helpful to me as a receptionist!
- Maggie replies to MaggieI failed to note that this call came into our office sometime between Friday, Aug. 21st and Monday, Aug. 24th.

- jrog replies to deipperWe got the same message today from tese people claiming they were from RCS Sports and wanted to discuss our Fed-Ex priority package. I called the number and asked what is this about, the person on the other end said, oh I just figured out that Katie Summers left a message for the wrong person, then I heard CLICK.
- Bob the BuilderThis company is Sparta Chemical. They claim that they are specified by plans as the supplier for floor cleaning products. This is not true. It is overpriced cleaning solutions that you could buy much cheaper commercially. A typical order in their eyes cost over $20,000.
