- petersonMessage from Katie Sommers from RCS Sports Information to confirm delivery of my FedEx package. I called and a man answered who obviously had caller ID and knew what company I was with. I asked for Katie and he said she was out to breakfast then he asked for our shop manager by name. I just hung up. I recognize his New York accent from his frequent telemarketing calls to my company. Dirty way to do business.
- AnnoyedGot a call this morning on my office phone from Katie Summers at RCS Sports. She said I had a Fedex Priority Package and needed to confirm delivery. I didn't call back because I haven't ordered anything and immediately I became suspicious. The call came in as Unavailable on caller ID but she left her number at 1-866-620-5479.

- AnonymMy secretary announced a call from "Andrew" at RCS. Since I did not recognize this person or company, I directed the call to voice mail. When I listened to the message, it was from "Katie Sommers" at RCS Sprts Information Department. Same crap about a FedEx priority package. This company obviously has a number of individuals that should be drawn and quartered. Thanks to this valuable site, I shall not be calling back.

- darleySame call from Katie and by the looks of it, won't be calling back. Funny thing is I just ordered something on Ebay last week that needed immediate delivery but I know who I ordered from and it wasnt RTS.

- Clear SoundYep. Katie Summers left me a message too. Real Time Fantasy Sports? Sending us a Fed Ex priority package - and when you do a search on RTS Sports - it's not the same phone number. Bad, bad, Katie! Returning the call just said it was not a real number.
Katie also called before 9 EST - went and left me a voicemail.- Call type: Unwanted
- Jane DoeI received a voice mail from Katie Summers regarding a Fed-Ex package, because our company ships hundreds of packages daily I called back, Joan Blake answered and started talking about some copier supplies, and offered me a free gift that had something to do with NASCAR. I asked her what company she was calling because there are several divisions within my company, I told her she had the wrong number and then hung up.
- Caller: Ruba Chem/Sports Division
- fredhere it is dec., and i just read the posts about this scam, going back several months. got the call today, sounds just like the live call I got yesterday, wanting to send me their catalog, and of course a free t-shirt.
as soon as i told them i could not except any free gifts, the ended the call. this type of call happens every few months, it's a sure scam and they will try to trick you into some type of order. By the way, they never send the catalog. - Bad SantaKatie Summers called and left me a voice mail. Please call back at 866-620-5479 to cofirm shipping of your FedEx package. This is a scam. I did not even try to call them back.
- Caller: RCS SPORTS INFORMATION
- PeggyI got the same call today. It was obvious that the call was a recording. It was left in my voice mail and the first portion of the call was not recorded because she did not wait for the tone to speak :). We are a large manufacturing facility and telemarketers are always trying to pull something like this to get goods in the doors and an invoice waiting to be paid......

- CHICAGot a call from a woman asking for whomever is in charge of our maintenance dept. I asked her who was calling she said SPARTA CHEM. I told her we only do business with approved vendors and not people who call us out of the blue, she said thanks and we hung up. Her number was blocked it showed OUT OF AREA, so I Googled SPARTA CHEM SCAM and found this post. I notice that a post refers to Ruba chem, the used to call us and are a scam company it seems they are branching out in their scamming ways.
- Caller: SPARTA CHEM OR SO THEY SAID

- toddI avoided answering the call becuase of the suspicious caller ID. Katie Summers left me a voice message stating she was from RTS Sports and wanted to verify a FedEx Priority package, and to call her back at 866-620-5479. When I called back, the woman refused to identify her company and wanted to know how I was, my city and state, etc., I simply wanted to return Katie's call about a FedEx package. Of course Katie was "not there today" even though I called about 15 min after she left the message. Not falling for too many tricks these days, I just demanded to know she was representing and what they were trying to sell me, and she says, "well we were trying to wish you a Merry Christmas with a gift but we're just going to cancel it now." Obviously this is a SCAM. I see other posts on here pertaining to SPARTA CHEM, and if this is true, they are convicted SCAMMERS. The FTC gave them a huge fine a few years ago for scamming companies by sending employees gifts to their homes (sports/Nascar fishing gear, etc.) in exhange for verbally ordering products which the company then received at inflated prices. Often target construction companies' jobsites or other remote locations. When we almost became victims to this one, the product was floor-dry (sweeping compound) and other crap one would never buy over the internet, at rip-off prices. Obviously our government can't control the crooks who are out to repeatedly scam small businesses, even after they are caught. I don't buy anything EVER on the phone. BUYER BEWARE!

- Rod Norman replies to obaI had simular call. I am head purchaser for a commercial flooring company. We receveed a message call l from Amanda at "RLX" and they had a priority package for me. I called the 866-950-1196 # and a Gina answered saying Amanda was her assistant and they were RCS-NA in Northvale and they had a Seahawks shirt for me. Said she ws supposed to be in town and was to meet with me but got called back on business and would coming out to see me later. They offred to send me Seahawks and Mariners tickets. She talked in circles and said something about sending degreaser and de-icer out. I was given a # of 877-672-4727 to call her directly. I asked if I purchased from them before and they were not in front of computer to check. I asked about these products and they were very expensive. I said no thank you and that is when the high pressure came on. I finally had to hang up. i hope they do not send me anything. Rod
- Rod NormanNew phone number same game. 866-950-1196 and 877-672-4727 were used by company claiming to be RLX with a priority package and then answered the phone as RCS-NA when I called back. I talked to a Gina who tried sneaking in an order for degreaser cleaner, hand soap and ground de-icer in between offering to send me Seahwks or Mariners tickets and saying a Seahawks shirt was already on the way to me. Once I figured out she was trying to sell me something I started asking some questions. Turnsout she was trying to sell me over $1500 worth of goods at their extremely high prices. I said "no" and then the games started. I finally hung up. I hope they do not send me something and then try to bill me for it.

- KarenKeep getting obnoxious calls from this RCS. Unfortunately our business does not have caller ID and they hang up on me before I can ask them to remove us from their calling list. They call us every day and ask for a different person. They are arrogant, unprofessional and plain RUDE. I wish I had something to report their harassing phone calls. Any experience with reporting this to the FCC and getting these calls stopped legally would be appreciated.
