- Renee| 1 replyWe are getting these same messages and they threats are only getting worse!! Has anyone been able to stop the calls?? We've reported it to our local FBI office but other then that I don't know what else to do.
- DI got a fake call from them too. They are tryng to get my information by scaring me...I called the FTC to report them. The phone number to Federal Trade Commission is 8773824357 Please call also the more people that report them the easier it would be for them to get caught.
- Caller: UNITED CASH ADVANCE
- D replies to ReneeYou can call the federal Trade Commision to report them. They have to stop calling you from that number. The only problem is that they will call again from a different number or use a different comany name. But calling the FTC and the Office of financial regualation is a way to prevent them from trying to ruin your credit rating.
They cannot sue you or do all those things they are saying. They cannot have you arrested. If they said these things to you you can sue them for distress. I am thinking about suing them but I have to find them first. - D replies to flizWhen I called my Attorney generals office here in Florida, they said that it might be from a payday loan company that I actually did get a loan from. The legal department of FL and or Untied Cash Advance, or other names that they have used does not really exist. I did a reverse lookup and the number they were calling me from was owned by a person named Paul in another state. I would suggest that you call The Federal Trade Commission again at 877-382-4357.
- arswan replies to JThis is a scam they have been calling me from different numbers saying the same thing...I am sick of them!
- IDReport it immeadiatley to the FBI, your local police, call your state offices of Homeland Security and Secret Service. This attempted extortion, plain and simple. The FBI and FTC are cracking down on these idiots. SOON, they will get their due.
- AshleyI also have received phone calls from these people threatening legal lawsuit. He states he is from UCS and his name is Jack Pamas. I have told them not to call me back until they have a lawsuit filed in the county that I live in. They are saying I owe 300-400 from a payday lender. Scary they have all of my info.. Contacted the credit bureau to report fraud, my financial institution, the FTC, and my local police department.

This is Mike,We understand your concern where you are coming from.give us your number and your mailing address with your file number so that we can send you each & every documentation which you are looking for.
Getting call plenty of times in couple of minutes,Yes why? Because its very panicky if a person is taking a loan & not paying back moreover blaming the loan company cant even resist, if you guys are so sure that you haven't taken any loan, why you all are afraid to deal this in Legal way.
With Regards,
Mike- Caller: FID

- in FloridaThey left 5 messages for me in 4 hours and called me at work too! (I did not answer as their phone # comes up as "0000" or "private" and I never answer those calls due to previous dealings with them)
My cell phone contract is up in 6 weeks and I am changing my phone # as these calls come and go over the past 5 months and are quite irritating - the person can barely speak English and knows minimal re: legal practices. It is sad that I and others have to change their phone numbers but this is the ONLY way to rid of them. Also, you may want to get a new bank account as they have now started taking $30 out of checking accounts - I have been trying to get that back for the last 4 wks and now my bank fraud dept has had to take over!
Also, everyone NEVER apply for any payday loan online as this is how they got your info!!! If you need one, get one locally and in person.- Caller: Fake Co/speaks poor English

- molly| 1 replydoes anyone have an address to file a complaint on
- MsNay replies to mollyBelow is information I received from the Better Business Bureau. I called the Federal Trade Commision,as they suggested, and they gave me a case number. Good Luck!
This is a scam and you can file a complaint if you would like. We would also advise you to call the Federal Trade Commission (877-382-4357) and let them know about the calls and the numbers. - Tiff| 1 replyI got a call from 866-659-7342 today. They said something about my friend. They said my friend had pay day loans and they were going to make a lawsuit against her and put a warrant out for her arrest and that I needed to have her call them right away. He said his name was Jeffery Morgan and he sounded like he was from India. My friend said she NEVER gave my phone number or anything to anyone online. I have no idea how he got my information. I have never had a pay day loan in my life.

- Minnie replies to MikeYou are obviously not a native English speaker. I would be willing to bet that you are in on this as well. I have never had a pay day loan in my life and they called me. They said my friend did and she only has one pay day loan, which she pays every single week. This is a bunch of BS, who ever is doing this needs to stop and go get an honest job. And what idiot would send you their information? You are obviously trying to scam them. If you guys ever call me again I will sue you.
- SylphThis person claiming to be Brian West with a thick India Indian accent left a voicemail from an 'Unknown" number; saying to call the above number because there are unpaid loans in my name from internet sites. NOT TRUE! These people refused to give any business name that they are calling on behalf of. Demanded that I call a lawyer and get a letter to say it wasn't me. Refused to give any details as to whom to send said letter to; was incredibly rude and hung up. When I called back, saying I was a lawyer a "Tony Davis" flat out told me I was a liar and wanted a name to check on the National Bar Association list.
I got a friend who is a lawyer to call, she was hung up on. Can someone please publish a list of who to call and report this kind of scam? - Atedjust got a call from this number saying the same thing.
