Yep got me too.  $9.50 on a debit card.  Started the paper work with the bank.  Hope that they find whoever is doing this and make them pay dearly.

Same debit 9.55 from my credit card. I put a hold on it until I can get the charge canceled by the CC co. They said they will need to run an investigation and suggested me to pay by the due date in order to not get a fee accessed by them. They will later credit the 9.55. As soon as I get this resolved by the CC company, I will request to replace the card and change the account number. Indeed this is a FRAUD. My CC co is "Aspire", so I am wondering if either they lost a customer list or a hacker broke into their DB. Anyway, they have not been careful enough with data security.

Same here $9.55 charge on my WAMU Mastercard...maybe WAMU is having problems with security...I just placed a fraud alert on my card and had to cancel the card and reverse the transaction. Again, same number and charge ISSO 866-678-5605 FL. I hope this is stopped soon.

I doubt it is a card company that got hacked.  Wonder if it was a hobby place that got hacked.  I have done some online shopping in the past with some businesses that could be considered hobby stores.  Does anyone else who have been hit had any business with hobby stores?  The might have been hacked and now the card being used.

I had $9.45 charged to my credit card by this company, ISSO.  According to my credit card service, it is a Florida game store.  Since I made no such purchase, I disputed the charge and had it removed.

I too like rickm (comment posted 24 Apr 2008) am an Aspire Visa customer who was hit by this supposed hobby store (ISSO 866-678-5605 FL) for a charge of $9.50.  I have gone ahead and canceled my card and am submitting a dispute for the said charges.  I have done some online shopping at hobby stores and wonder as "Ticked Off" writes above if one of the hobby stores' databases was hacked.  I hope more people remain diligent by reviewing their credit card statements and disputing fradulent charges.  It's disturbing that this person or person's at ISSO can get away with something like this.

I wonder what we have in common, I shop online a lot so I don't know where it could be tracked down there...I went to Orlando over spring break..I live in Nashville TN...I wonder if this could be related to the security issues TJMaxx had last year? Any thoughts?

Same thing occured to me. A charge for $9.50 from a company called ISSO with that phone number 4/25/2008 showed up. Bank of America cancelled the charge but would not provide any additional information. I've never done business with such a company.

Will probably cancel card and get a new one.

ok so same charge here on a business visa..... I have never heard of this company....   what I would like to know is why is this still going on after a few months ? have they not been reported to the BBB ? This phone number is still active ! (I left a nice message) it sounds like the perfect scam to do in this Florida, by time they put a stop to it they will be rich !

ISSO 866-678-5605 FL just showed up on my credit card bill for $9.55.  I called the bank and reported them to their fraud department.  I hope they finally clamp down on this guy!

I never answer my phone if it is unkown name & number but got a charge on my debit card for $9.45 and of course it had to credited and I had to cancel my debit card. got the same recording of a nasal woman stating no one is available to answer. Contacted police, bank, telephone company. Hope whoever this is gets caught before they can rip off someone else.

866-678-5605 wont give details, but amount was under ten dollars. I don't have any hobby purchases but do buy cigars with my card. On the warpath in the morning. Wonder how many seniors get ripped every month. No calls with that prefix for nearly one month prior to billing date.  Received one call four days post billing from 866-849-3243.

I recieved a charge for $9.50 on my credit card statement from ISSO and  same thing, my CCcompany said it was listed as a hobbie, toy game store.  When I called the number I got a strange womans voice and answering machine, then I googled it and thankfully found this web site. I canceled my credit card and alerted them to this. I was a Tjx data base victim, I wonder if they got my info from that.

I was charged by this company ISSO also on my credit card for $9.45. I called credit card company and got the companies phone & when I called I got a recorging to leave a message. I then researched the number online and found all of these post with the same problem. I did fill out a complaint through our local BBB and turned what information I had on them. I suggest others do the same to get these people shut down. We all work to hard for our money to have someone stealing it from us. I work a job 12 & 14 hours a day for my money, lets stop these jerks so they have to work for their money & stop stealing. Think of the people the are charging $9.45 from that does not turn them in for fraudulant charges.

Thank you for posting this! I couldn't find records of purchase from  ISSO and 866-678-5605 FL on our corporate visa. Searching found this site and this resulted in my contacting our Visa and flagging/crediting us the amount of $9.55. Call to the # results in robotic answering message "out of office". This is obviously a scam. Has anyone logged last 10 transactions PRIOR to this to see if CC# was ripped from an internet server? I bought from Home Depot (local), Amazon (Internet) and BUY.com prior to that showing up on statement.
