I noticed a charge of $9.50 on my bank statement.  Charges were from ISSO, same phone #.  I called my bank and had to file a fraud complaint and get a new debit card.  What a hassle!!!  This has been going on for way too long.  How do we stop these people????

Same thing as most of you... A charge for $9.50 on my card and noone is answering the phone line. Report filed.

Didn't get a call from them. Saw this on my credit card statement as "ISSO(other)" for $9.50. Called the credit card company and they said it was a hobby toy & game store based out of Florida. Never heard of them and didn't make the charge. Disputing it and will probably cancel the card.

Same thing. Unauthorized charge of $9.50 on my credit card. Report filed. Why are none of the banks doing anything?

ISSO FL.. dam they charged 9.50. I have closed my account.

I also received a $9.55 charge on my credit card from this company, and like the others who have reported this number, I have cancelled my credit card and reported this as fraud.

Same story here. Single $9.45 charge on a credit card I rarely use. Billed to ISSO ... 8666785605 FL. Credit card company said it was Hobby, Toy and Game Shop in Florida. Called the number and got the same woman's voice recording. Can't believe that this scam has been allowed to go on for so long with so much documentation out there. I bet they've made millions. Hope somebody will shut them down soon.

yup my fiance got the same thing. what in the hell can be done about this???? the bank said they would cancel his account but he is in the army and stationed in a diff state. soooo we can't do that...grrrrrr

Here's another one!  I checked my caller ID going back 2 months and no calls from 866-678-5605 came in but I just noticed I got billed by ISSO on my August 31,2008 CitiGroup credit card statement.  The charge for $9.55 occured on Aug 11 and was also spelled out as being from a toy/hobby shop called ISSO and the 866 number listed beside it.  The only online purchase I made in the past 45 days was a subscription from the The Taunton Press on Aug 7.  While I doubt they had anything to do with it, their transaction logs may have been snooped/compromised.  I'm calling my CC company right now to dispute the charges and have the card canceled.

UGH!  WHY IS THIS STILL HAPPENING!?!?!  Same thing, NO call, but on my business MC debit card random $9.45 to ISSO FL with 8008818482.  Canceled my card (leaving me helpless to RUN MY LEGITIMATE BUSINESS until new one comes in) and wondering how in the hell to prevent it from getting on my other accounts?!?!?  On way to bank to dispute charge and find out what can be done....  THIS IS INFURIATING!!  Post of this for over 7 months!  Oh, and it is a man's voice on the recording now-- told them to [***] OFF!!

I was also on Amazon using my CC primarily for orders. I think numbers stored there have been stolen. I had to cancel my card after seeing the ISSO. And Amazon is primarily where I used my card.

I got a charge today of $9.50. When I called the number it just says no one can answer the phone and leave a message. I filed a dispute with my bank. Hopefully they will investigate this and put someone in JAIL!!!!

Same thing with me. I got my credit card bill yesterday and there was an ISSO charge for $9.45. Called the cc company and had it immediately removed.

Don't know if I received a call from this number, but on 9/4, there was a charge of $9.50 on my bank statement from ISSO, Florida. I reported it to my bank, and they say they are looking into it. How the heck did they get my card number? Did try to call the number, but just got a recording...

Fraudulent Credit Card charge for $9.50 on August 23rd (Chase Visa) with a description of 'ISSO 800-881-8482 FL'.  Call the number, recording said it was 'not yet activated'.  Reported it as fraud to my credit card company and disputed the charge.

I have a car for sale on CL and I got the following email:
